In an obscure part of town, you come across a small quaint shop, which sort of reminds you of those old fashion magic shops. The place looked old but in good shape, the place made of a dark wood with stained glass windows. Above the door on a dark wooden plaque are the words 'Sanctuary of Souls', likely the name of the shop. As you open the door the shop and step inside, a little bell rings to signal your arrival in the shop.

Glancing around the shop, you see myriad bookshelves along the walls, on which are books, crystals, vials of various colored liquids, various shaped figurines, and many other things. In the center of the room are a few dark colored cushy looking couchs around a wooden coffee table. Scattered around the room are a few statues, chairs, and plants. At the back of the shop is a small walkway with two stair cases, one leading to the upper floors of the shop, and one leading down into the depths of the shop.

A woman with long slighty wavy black hair wearing black oriental style clothing with white designs on them and glasses walks towards you from one of the couchs which she had been sitting on. "Irashaimasen!" she said in greeting in a silky voice with a small bow and a smile. With a gesture around the shop she added, "Welcome to the Sanctuary of Souls, my name is Reina, I am the shopkeeper." she waved at the couch opposite to the one she had been siting on previously, "Please, have a seat." she said, sitting back in the place she had sat before.

Silver will blink a moment, looking around as the woman waves her arm around the shop. Sitting his large frame gingerly on the couch, he'll look at her, a confused look on his face. Something had been calling to him from this shop for a day or so, but he didn't know what. He'd scoped the place out first, and couldn't find any obvious danger, so he'd decided to go inside.

Maybe that hadn't been such a bad idea. "Sanctuary of Souls?" He said in a deep growly voice, "What kind of shop is this? And why do I feel something....pulling me here?"

He doesn't have the metal wings anymore, but the rest of it is accurate.)

Reina smiled at him as he settled himself on the couch. "Would you like some tea?" she asked politely, gesturing at the tea set situated on the coffee table. She didn't usually get that many interesting looking customers like him, but it wasn't that uncommon either.

"Yes. This shop sells various things, one of which are wayward souls of lives that have been snuffed out." she said and smiled at him, "The shop's aura always seems to pull people in. I get most of my customers that way." she commented as she picked up her tea and sipped it gingerly. One would think that she hadn't just mentioned that she happens to sell souls by the way she was acting.

Silver will shake his head at the offer of tea, and then blink as she went on speaking. "Wait a minute, did you just say that you sold souls? What do you mean?" He was getting more nervous as he sat there, looking around, wondering what sort of situation he was in. His hands dropped from his lap, one resting alongside the tops of his boots under his jeans. A continently placed rip would allow him to get to a dagger if he had to. He was just hoping he didn't have to. She didn't look dangerous, but looks could be deceiving, as he had learned. He waited to see how she replied, willing to listen at the very least.

With a smile and a nod, she waved her hand at a lit candle on the table, causing interestingly colored smoke to rise from it and form vibrant pictures in the air, "Indeed I did." she said idly as she gestured at the candle, "I go many places and find poor souls whose lives have been snuffed out." she stated and the candle's flame was suddenly extinguished. The colorful candle smoke suddenly turned a dull gray and floated about shapelessly. "I bring these souls back with me, give them new bodies, and put them under the care of various people not unlike yourself." she said as if all of that was perfectly normal, and happened everyday.

He'll relax a little, but his hand won't move from his hidden knife. He watched the smoke, interested, and listened to her words. In a way, it makes sense..."So this feeling pulling me here, what does it mean? Is there a soul i'm supposed to buy or something?" Silver seems to be taking this in stride, used to lost souls and rebirth from his own experience with them. Hey, if he and his friends could be reborn souls, why couldn't other souls be reborn?

Reina gave a slight shrug of her shoulders and adjusted her glasses a tad with a finger, "Since it is the shop itself which pulls you here, I am not actually entirely sure what precisely the feeling means." she said casually with the air of one who isn't bothered at all about the mysterious of her shop not being completely known to her.

"Perhaps there is. Most who come in the shop and comment on the feeling often leave with a soul." she said with a genuine smile, though the way she said it made it sound like they hadn't even their own soul when they came in. Though that might not be exactly what she meant.

"Huh. So maybe one of these souls is drawing me here?" He'll sit a moment to ponder this, removing his hand from the hidden knife, scratching the back of his head a moment. "Could I see a couple of these souls perhaps? Maybe that will help settle things. Besides, I know what its like to be homeless and adrift. If I can help someone escape that fate, well, i'd like to help."

"It is very likely that that is so." Reina replied with a knowing smile before she stood up from the couch, "Of course you may. If you'd wait right here, I shall bring one out from the back for you to meet." she said as she glided towards the back hallway, "Shall be but a moment." With that she turned after entering the hallway to ascend the stairs there.

After a few minutes of relative silence, footsteps could be heard coming back down the stairs. Soon Reina reappeared, leading behind her a red headed woman with her eyes closed. She seemed to be in a trance or something. Her red hair was pulled up into a ponytail, she wore a simple beige shirt, light blue pants, a belt with a pouch, and a chain bracelet on her wrist. The lower arm of the wrist that the bracelet was on was metallic and had silver celtic knot work all over it, even going up to her shoulder. There was also silver marking near her left eye. And there was grease smudges all over her.

Reina led her over to the couch and sat her down, "This soul is called Theresa Amelia Ensrath." she said, enunciating each part of her name as she lightly smoothed some of her hair. Her bracelet sparkled slightly right before Theresa opened her eyes.

( Feel free to take control of Theresa. )

As Theresa opened her eyes, she'd throw up a hand to her chest, gasping, and looking around. Backing away from the people around her, she'll drop into a half crouch, eyes narrowing with suspicion. "Okay, who are you? My new 'keepers' for the federation. I take it your going to bleed me dry like you did my sister, all for your advancements in technology" The last part was spit out with as much malice and venom as she could manage as her hand dug into the pouch at her side, her face twisted into a snarl. It seems she hadn't seen Silver yet however.

Sighing, Silver stood, advancing a little. "Be at peace little one. No one is going to harm you here, despite what you may think. Were ever your from, you aren't there anymore, and you have come to a place of freedom."

Giving a gasp, Theresa dove behind the nearest couch, pulling a wrench from her pouch, eyes wide as she watched the....creature that walked on two legs and had just spoken.

"Relative freedom anyway." Reina said nonchalantly under her breath and watched their exchange in amusement as she took her tea cup back into her hand, "So, does she suit you?" she asked casually as she sipped her tea. She laid a piece of parchment and an ornate pen on the part of the coffee table nearest to Silver, "If she does, all you need to is sign here and you may take charge of her and hopefully alleviate her fears and ensure her happiness." she said smiling serenely.
