Ok... we all do stupid stuff... and in our fandom we tend to be even stupider when it comes to some things. So tell me... what's the stupidist thing you've done when it comes to anine. At lest that you can tell....
Mine... is I spent 40$ on ONE DVD of Trinity Blood that only had 4 episods.
while in the same shopping trip my friend spent 30 dollars on a BOX set that had 20 edispods of a differnt anime.

Probably about half the anime purchases I make I later come to regret sweatdrop
I don't know that there's a stupidest, but one of the stupidest was buying the whole .Hack//Legend of the Twilight series after only having seen one episode. I guess I saw the only good episode, because the rest of the series sucked! >.<

I dont shop around for anime. Unfortunatly i dont have a job and when i have money i like to spend it on things that will keep me occupied for a LONG time.

Anime wise i dont have any regrets. If i dont like it i dont watch it. And if i dont watch it i dont buy it. sweatdrop

A lot of my regrets come from buying things other than the DVDs or manga. Normally, if I'm obsessed over something enough, I'll buy anything that has the label on it. Everything I've bought that I later regretted is a Fruits Basket wallscroll (it's an ugly one), a Yuki hat (while cute, I almost never wear it), an Edward Elric plushie (it's pretty ugly -_-), and various other things of the like. I'm getting wiser in my anime shopping though 3nodding

I re-sell the stuff I don't like to shops or friends... to get money to buy more!! to then repeat the prosses.... pretty bad right?

My regret is, actually, not spending enough money.
not counting food, out of the teo times i've been to a con, i've only spent 30 bucks, tops.
