Background: Tatsuko lived in the Outside, an area outside of the Elemental countries. Her dad was a farmer and raised her on his own, but he knew a little bit of fighting and taught her what he knew. When her father became ill with a plague, she was sent to her fathers friend who raised her and taught her how to fight. During this time her father died. She was sent to the Elemental Countries when war broke out, and apprenticed to a swordsmith ninja. He taught her all he knew, and she came to Hoshigakure, where she is a Kage.

Kenjutsu-Attack of the Whirling Fang (Sword style companion to Strike of the Thousand Beasts. Meant to be used in conjunction to it)
Taijutsu- Strike of the Thousand Beasts (Style that mimics animals can be used perfectly fine without Attack of the Whirling Fang)
Ninjutsu- Lava Stomp (Stomp creates stream of lava), Lightning Palm (Palm strikes electrocute opponent), Rising Storm (Causes a whirlwind), Dragon Storm (Causes a whirlwind shaped like a dragon), Serpent Eyes (Allows user to enter mind and steal a technique), Falling Stars of the Cursed Havens (A star falls from the heavens and crushes opponents. Meant for battle, star can be directed), Demonic Eyesight (User is able to amplify sight and see blades of grass, hundreds of feet away), Beast Spirit Transfer (Allows user to switch or share bodies temporarily with an animal spirit, or a nin-beast, or a wild animal.
Genjutsu- Shadow of the Hidden Nightmares (Genjutsu that causes the recipients worst nightmare to take place), Cursed Touch (Genjutsu that makes the recipient believe that a simple touch even from his cloths, or his own skin causes incredibly pain), Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Byakko (Sumoning technique, that summons great tigers. One is able to use a technique that uses stars, and creates their power into a blade which the user uses in conjunction with the summoning.)
