Welcome to the Archives. Here we hold numerous scrolls on the history of the Waterfall Village and some scrolls holding Special Jutsus. But in order to obtain these scrolls, you must pay for them. How can you pay for them is what you may be asking and I will give you an answer. To recieve Jutsu scrolls, you must answer random quizes that are given to you. Depending on the difficulty of the quiz you will recieve a number of yen which will add up to pay for the scrolls. As time comes by we will recieve new scrolls and put them up for sale. But once the scroll is bought, no one else may buy it unless we get a copy.

History books are free to check out and study as they will teach you of the past battles, missions and famous Shinobis that existed here in the Village.

(yes ppl can RP in here. But you can't because you don't live in this village. And you can't switch villages just to get a scroll and then switch back. Even if you did you wouldn't be able to use the scroll, let alone have it in a different village.)
