ivan has sitting at his desk. it was winter this time of year, and he was getting extremely cold, sl he ahd worn his jacket indoors, along with the heat up to max. he was going over some papers and smiled at one he had looked over. "it seems we've struck oil, i'll be getting to work on increasing our weapons funding" he said signing the bill for gatling guns for the main military, not the ninja village.

ivan looked up from his desk. "how'd you get in?" he asked. "fine, i'll get him" ivan said getting up and walking out to find kousetsu.

ivan returned with kousetsu, then sat back down at his desk.
"what do you want ikachu?" kousetsu asked calmly but coldly as he walked towards ghim. "i though letting that water clone die in my place was enough to escape the turmoil your people have caused."

"i though letting that water clone die in my place was enough to escape the turmoil your people have caused." "orders for above, as you know the akatsuki is dead....shadow wants to take care of the loose ends. he is asking for the ring from the akatsuki."

"tell shadow if he ever wishes to form n alliance with me, he shoul see me in person" ivan said turning the page. he muttered something under his beak and a nearby spy fly on the camera had burst into flames. it was obvious the book was a spell book from that simple event.
