Is there really that big a difference. Anyone who has played both games will see the HUGE difference. Here is just a extensive listing, feel free to add.

Do I look forward to Halo 3?
Yes and no, yes if they go back to the Halo 1 style but with better graphics, and no hand cannon pistol, they take their time and make all the maps the want to or prevent hacking, add all the features they promise (I still want the damn ATV) if they try to completely change it around like Halo 2 then no.

I still Love Both Games.
But I love Halo CE more.

Don't call it Halo CE please. Halo CE is the abbreviation for Halo: Custom Edition for the PC.

But I agree with you, Halo is much better then it's sequel. Bungie was just too rushed when making it.

I do perfer Halo 2's multiplayer, over Halo's. Though. though I've onjly played it a few times.

Actually since Combat Evolved was out first the abbreviation applys to that. The pc version needs no abbreviation because if you had it you had the Custom Edition patch, it was considered standard back when I played it.

I like both Halo and Halo 2. Halo has its originality and its the introduction to MasterChief. Halo 2 has its new features such as Dual Wielding, Boarding enemy vehicles etc.etc. and better graphics.

And a bit more for my perfectionism, it inspired 4 books. The 3 Halo novels, and The ARt of Halo. Which is a book with everything you could ever think about Halo and Halo 2.

I have to agree on the multi player in Halo 2 part. but I still need to play the campaign in Halo 1
