So I have been deciding whether or not i want to continue my style at a different studio with a different teacher. I was curious to know if I went to the different school would I have to learn from a white belt or continue at my current belt if its the same style?

Depends.
In my school, there have been a few transfers, and they all recieved the same rank.
If you're a black belt, I believe they have to give you one, or at least that's how it is with TKD. But everywhere is different, so I suggest asking the instructor of the school.
