Okay these are just some facts and clues I have observed by watching the show and also some ones that I have missed that I got off of this website [X]. If you guys have any clues or facts that I missed post them and I will add them to the list. Thanks!

Kyle- Created by Zzyzx (which was founded by Adam Baylin) in a test tube/growth chamber.
781227 is his Madacorp identity number.
Was sentenced to termination by Madacorp beacause he was a failed experiment.
Left in the woods and taken in by the Trager Family.
Has the ability to absorb knowledge instantaneously.
Has superhuman reflexes.
Can hoan in on a specific sense. (ex. Hearing conversations from afar, hearing certain heartbeats from another house, seeing things in a sepcial vision.)
Advanced artistic abilities.
Advanced mathematical and scientific knowledge.
Can manipulate his memories.
Has an abnormal amount of brain activity.
Can alter the postive and negative polars of his cells in order to effect his external surroundings.
Shares and electromagnetic pulse with Jessi.
Held in the growth chamber for the first 16 years of his life.
Can access Jessi's thoughts.
Has a holographic memory.
Can jump from large heights without getting hurt.

Jessi- Created by Zzyzx (which was founded by Adam Baylin) in a test tube/growth chamber.
781228 is her Madacorp identity number.
Programmed by Madacorp to retrieve infomation from Kyle.
Shares and electromagnetic pulse with Kyle.
Can access Kyle's thoughts.
Can access memories and stored information inside Kyle's head.
Feels compelled to betray Kyle even though he helped her find the truth about herself.
Can jump from large heights without getting hurt.

Tom Foss- Was ordered to terminate Kyle.
Worked at Madacorp for 10 years before he quit.
Saved Kyle from being terminated by Zzyzx.
Killed Professor Kern.
Destroyed Zzyzx.

Professor William Kern- Worked for Zzyzx/Madacorp.
Attempted to kill Foss and 781227 when they escaped from Zzyzx.

Adam Baylin- Was a child of a woman participating in extended embryonic gestation experiment (13 months as. 9 months) which attempted to extend development of a fetus' brain.
Created Zzyzx.
Told Kyle that he was made because he didn't want to be alone in his abilities.
Murdered by Zzyzx.
"Mada" = "Adam" spelled backwards.
Was found alive inside the shack they found their way to while looking for Jessi's look alike from the picture found inside the box from ZZYZX.

Madacorp-Established in 1971 by Adam Baylin.
Not a register corporation; location shows up blocked on maps.
Has a division called Zzyzx that specialized in biogenetics.
Is involved in furthering all areas of cultural progress, including human development and gene therapy.

I remember in the first episode when Stephen was working in his garrage (I think it was there) he had a mini tv playing the news and it said something about a teenage girl with amnesia found washed up on the beach, or something of the sort. Does that mean there is possibly another person like Kyle and Jesse?

Tom Foss- just got this one off of the last show Monday, saved Kyle XY from madacorp.
Oh, yeah and Kyle was held in the chamber for the first 16 years of his life.

Yeah Giggle I remember seeing that too. I thought it was of some significance never to forget that, but they never said anything about it in any episode after that. I think it was just something they put in to throw you off. I don't think it means anything now. But I could be wrong. I guess we may find out eventually.

I think Foss is a bad guy, because on the last show i saw Adam had told Kyle not to trust Foss. In a message of course, didnt come out of his grave.

I forgot about that. Like, that would have been interesting if they would have added more about the girl. Interesting ^^ whee

Another fact we know about Tom Foss is that he killed his wife and
daughter while driving drunk before working for Zzyzx. It was
discovered when Kyle noticed a picture of the two on Foss'
bedside table. When asked about them, Foss replied, "They were
killed by a drunk driver."

Something else known about Jessi is that she is not only similar to
Kyle, but was not "cared for" like Foss did with Kyle
during incubation. Because he was treated like a child in a womb, Kyle
developed a sense of self --a "personality". We also know that she is
programmed to be a virus to Kyle so she can retrieve the
information he stole from Zzyzx.

We do. He admitted when Kyle approached him [at the end of the
episode]. Foss responded by saying he'd never be that person again.

I completely missed the part where everyone says they showed a girl on the news or maybe I saw it and didn't think anything of it either way I'll have to watch that one again

In this weeks episode we found out Foss was the drunk driver. I mean, he said that he was it, it was something like "I was drunk and driving..." I don't really remeber.
