This is a small hangar with various small craft parked inside. the floor of the hangar is at ground level, gently sloping downwards. The hangar is big enough to hold small craft, but nothing terribly big. A rather dusty Fizzyglug machine stands in the corner, full of light beverages for downtime. The hangar's R5 unit checks on the ships computing systems. Two R2 units are on standby for starfighter use.
Most of the craft are recreational, such as speeders, swoops, and skiffs. There is also an x-wing, an a-wing, and a tie fighter. All weapons systems have been replaced with targeting lasers to allow for mock dogfighting.
Simulators are in another room, each with different consoles. There are two x-wing cockpits, two a-wing cockpits, and two TIE cockpits. The TIE cockpits are design ed to run sims for any TIE craft, while the others are only for the ship their console is designed for. These are used for large-scale battle sims and space sims.
Feel free to do as you please, but please remember that you need a teacher to supervise starfighter use, and you will be held liable for any damage done to any craft.

Komugi, that is the summary.
So, what do you guys want to do? I'll make sure you guys don't kill eachother, either way.
*I go over to the Fizzyglug machine and buy a bottle*

Well, I am adept at starfighting. Perhaps I could be your assistant? I would be willing to take a flight test.

Sure. I just need you to do a few tests to show me that you're able to pilot one of these craft well. Choose one of the alliance sims. I'll take the TIE sim. I'll use an interceptor if you choose A-Wing, and a normal TIE if you choose X-wing (which is, by the way, compatible with Z95 cockpits if you're feeling brave).

*I punch a few buttons in the main computer and get in the TIE sim. I set my transmissions to unecoded so Floo can here what I say.*
Okay, here's the deal. We're starting at five klicks apart. Your designation for this mission is Red1, and your mission is search and destroy. You objective is destroy Gamma1 before he destroys you. You have no hyperdrive or concussion weapons. You will engage Gamma1 just outside of a small debris field near the Kessel system. Don't forget that he doesn't have shields, so it should only take one or two successful hits. Also, beware that Gamma1 is one kill short of an ace for the Imperial Remnant. May the force be with you. Mission conrtrol out.
*I wait at zero-velocity relative to the debris and begin routing my energy to lasers.*

*Comes to a zero-velocity stop and begins passive scanning*
One question before we begin. Is this a standard A-wing sim or a Mark II?

The simulator is a normal A-wing sim. I had a fairly tight budget after I used school money to buy the craft in the garage, so I had to scrouge up some of my salary in order to pull this together.
Begin!
*I launch towards the A-wing with a slight barrel-roll, taking a few potshots at it. I then take a sharp dive, still spiraling.*

*Executes an immelman, turning until facing the relative "down" at a perpindicular angle, and accelerate to top speed.*
(We are now both going the same direction)
*Makes a course correction to begin to bring the A-wing on a perpindicular attack angle to the TIE Interceptor*

*I realize that my wing is exposed, presenting a greater target. I deccelerate and pull a loop while pulling to port-side. I pull of a few shots, vaping some nearby debris.*

*Pulls into debris field, comes to a complete stop in a large clump of shielding debris, activates active scanning for a firing calculation*
So, sir, now may be a good time to discuss my greatest strength in dogfighting.

* I pull a u-turn and make a strafing run on the debris with linked guns, leaving a dozen slag marks on the debris. I give a slight grin as I hear the announcement and as my TIE gave a familliar alarm. The whining claxon tells me that floofae is trying to get a lock on me. I peel off portside and come around again on another side, trying to find a hole. I leave eight more blobs of slag in my wake*
And what might that be? *I say as I accelerate away for a better shot when he comes out.*
