Last season's main hypothosis question was "Who is Kyle XY?" Now that we all found out who Kyle really is it's time for some new hypothosis questions.
Why was Jessi created in order to replace Kyle? Yes, she was.
How was Kyle defective? He had free will when he was in the chamber and he wouldn't do any war plans like Zzyzx wanted. Also he downloaded all of their files and stored them in his brain.
Why were the two of them created in the first place? They were created as weapons.
Why was Kyle supposed to be terminated? Because he downloaded all of Zzyzx files therefor he knew too much. Also because he was "defective".
How come Tom Foss can't be trusted? He can be trusted. Someone tampered with the message.
Why did Zzyzx kill Adam Baylin?
Who is this CEO of Madacorp and why does he want Kyle terminated? Ballantine is his name and he wants Kyle terminated because he knows too much about Zzyzx and he doesn't want anyone finding out about Madacorp and the no longer existing Zzyzx to keep their experiements a secret.
What is the significance of the ring Adam Baylin gives Kyle and why does Ballantine want it so bad?
As more questions come up I will post them. Until then why don't you guys post your hypothosis on the show and what's going on. Tell everybody what you think might happen or what you think the reasons are for certain questions.

However, we know now that they think someone messed with Adam's message say "Don't Trust Foss." Effective this last show on Monday.

yeah so we know Foss can be trusted.
and Kyle was "deffective" because he developed his own free will WHIL in the chamber. they wanted to terminate him because they r actually afraid of him.

Yes you are right Godless. The ring does open up that box. I rewatched the preview for the episode in slow motion. I just wonder how Kyle got it back? And I also wonder why he ended up at his Stephen's work? I guess we'll get the answers tonight.

I've been wondering this since Jessi came into being in the show. The picture confirmed what I believed from the beginning. Jessi is the genetic copy of the woman in that picture with Bailyn. It can be assumed, since Bailyn and Kyle look so much alike that Kyle is Adam's clone, since the proper genetic material was provided by the people who brought Kyle to Adam at the end of the first season. Make sense? I wonder if Adam lost her because he was so involved in his work or if she was killed too...

Yes, she was.She was created around the same time as kyle so she could not have been a replacement, I think they wanted a male and female subject to see the different reactions to the tests given to them.Why were the two of them created in the first place? I believe the ring was bought buy taylor not Ballentine and it must contain something important

now we know that balletine's ring they played up to be kyle's was actually his fathers and had no idea about the box. Taylor actually bought it from the pawn shop. Ugggh taylor gets on my nerves

I've looked through things a little further, and I found out that Adam's name spelled backwards is Mada. It obviously has a connection with Madacorp. Adam is the founder of Madacorp, but I'm thinking that it may have something else to do with it. If anyone has an idea of what this has to do with the connection between Madacorp and Adam, it would be a big help in uncovering one of the clues. It could be something further than Adam just being the founder of Madacorp. I'm thinking that in later episodes this could become a big part of the show, and using this clue could also help find out solutions for other clues and hints of what's to come.

that is an awesome observation. i never even thought of that but no matter what i think adam is gonna stay a good guy. the character i think is going to throw the show for the biggest loop is sarah. i cant wait till they reveal her.
