Kyle joins Lori and Declan on a trip to the University of Washington to learn more about Professor Kern. Kyle amazes one of Kern's colleagues with his mental prowess, but he gets no closer to finding out about himself. In fact, the more answers he gets the more questions arise. Following some mysterious information, Kyle and Declan drive to the woods where Kyle comes face to face with Tom Foss and gets a warning he can't ignore.
