Dr.Peppers Girl
Character name: Kitayama Zaki
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Personality: Kitayama can be nice at times, but usually she is cold and quiet. She acts like she hates everything but really, she's just hiding her feelings. She hasn't opened up to anyone for years and doesn't soon hope to. She'd just rather live her life in solitude, going out only when absolutly necesary.
History: She grew up with her mother and father (until he was taken away) and her older sister whom her mother always seemed to favor. She later met a boy when she was younger. Five years earlier, she had to say goodbye to him. He was going off to fight. Kitayama was only 13 at the time, so she didn't understand what was happening. He told her he would come back to see her. He had promised. She would wait for that day.
Specialty: Kitayama loves archery. She usually uses it to relieve stress. It's something she had learned when she was younger.
Extras: She hates being called Kit. Ever since he left. She just turned 18 and moved out, finally on her own. Her hair is the unusual color of silver.
Kitayama walked slowly down the dock, stopping at the end. It's true, she did hate being outside, but she had to come here everyday in hope he would return. A boat had just docked and they were bringing slaves off. They would take them to the new holding cell just down the road from here. She sighed softly as she saw a little boy about the age of 8 crying, as an old guard led him away.
As the last slave walked off and the ramp was lifted, she sighed in defeat. Today had been just like all of the other days. None of the slaves had even looked like him. As the boat pulled away, she turned to walk back to the small apartment she had just bought. Another day, another waste.
As she opened her apartment door, her phone rang. She quickly hurried inside, threw her keys on the counter and picked up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Kitayama?"
"Yes?"
"Kitayama Zaki?"
"What?" She said impatiently.
"There has been an accident with your mother, Nishiyama.
"And?" Would this person ever spit it out?
"She died early this morning."
"And what do you need me for?" Kitayama asked coldly.
"Well, she's left everything to you."
Kitayama had to admit, she was surprised. Her mother had always seemed to favor her sister, Ohara. "What about Ohara?"
"Both your mother and sister died in a car crash this morning."
"Well, wouldn't it have been a lot easier if you had told me that at the beginning of the conversation?" Kitayama was beginning to get angry.
"I'm sorry. You'll need to come down to your mother's house where someone will be waiting for you with some legal documents."
Kitayama sighed. "Fine."
She hung up the phone. Great. She'd get her mothers old house and her money. She didn't care about money and the house was ugly and held bad memories. At least no one else would be after her about her house. Her mother had no slave so no one would even hear about this. She grabbed her keys once more and left.

Kitayama signed over her mothers and her sisters houses. One would be turned into a small slave establishment for children under the age of 13 and the other would be demolished to make room for a brand new store. Kitayama smiled at the thought of her mothers house in ruins. Her mother wouldn't have liked it very much.
