We've got plenty of members. What can we do to make them post? Specifically, what can I do?! I really want to set up some contest or something, but it's really not plausible at this point is it?
We keep getting new members... but the activity is still... it's just putting around like an old model T on a modern freeway.
Sorry. I'm kind of irritable today. confused
So what do you think, TTB? Joy? Is there anything to be done at this point?

once upon a time..maybe I will make
a new one? Maybe a couple avatar
contests...? Maybe theme contest?
contests and prizes make activity
really high. D ;

Or why not get the Guild Mule to send a Pm out to everyone? And I have to say that I think the contest idea is good. PM for details.

Then I will start a contest. Soon. Not today, because I have to build a fake sand castle and a six foot tall foam man for a movie. xD
Later tonight I shall compose a message entreating members to return and contact Joy to see if it will float her boat.
Page assignments sound lovely. And we need an introduction sticky.

it will still take a long
time to send 2k+ members
a mail that is why it sounds
more suitable for the most
active members to send
maybe 4+pages of members
a mail..you know?
&& imagine all the replys
joy would have to answer?
its really time consuming.

Sounds sweet! Um... I don't rightly know what sort I'll make. Especially if you've got art down. Something simple, that anyone can do... my mini brainstorm Avi, bumping, tektek, scavenger hunts, first poster, riddles, finishing quizzes, guessing games, dice, photography, insultithons, lotteries, random giftbox trades, avi edits, poetry, writing, script writing, story, fan fic, rpg, minigames, housing, html.... ummm... that's all I've got right now. Whatever it is, it'll force people to post and involve some creativity. I'm thinking some bizarre never-before-seen twisted TTB version of a bumping contest.

so we need the intro thread up, the come-back-to-TTB PM sorted out, ideas for contests, affiliates and banners would be good.
