"That's a uhhh..... very good question! You see, a not-so long time ago there was a rich,blind man. He was pissed at the bank because they couldn't protect him from identity theft. So, he wanted to put his cash where it would only could be accessed by him. Since he didn't know what button was which, by suing the bank, he got as a settlement to put braille numbers on the keys. And that's the(fake) story of braille letters."
(Realistically though, blind people have cash and bling like everyone else.)

Why do cell phone companies like Sprint give you unlimited texting even though it is expensive for them? Like last month I had 3,533 text messages.
