Piney strolled into the stadium, holding a Pokeball that had only opened once before in this place. And that battle hadn't gone so well.

"Go! Thunder!" She cried out and threw the ball into the air.

Out popped a Pikachu, energized and ready to win a battle.

She waited for her opponent, which she had battled once before, to send her Pokemon out.

Thunder growled at the Doduo head and spat in his face.

"Thunder! That's rude!" Piney scolded the Pikachu from above. Giving an apologetic glance at the other trainer, she glared at her Pokemon and sighed.

"Just use a Quick attack now."

Thunder returned the glare to this trainer and zipped around the arena, becoming a streak of yellow.

Thunder rolled over onto his back and tried to kick the Doduo as it came by. But he miscaulculated and missed, and was struck hard by the Pursuit attack.

"Use Agility!" Piney shouted.

The Pikachu got back up and ran around again, at a higher speed and ran straight at the Doduo.

Thunder, full of energy, nimbly dodged the Tri attack with ease, though part of the beam did nick the end of his tail, but it didn't hamper him.

Smiling slightly, Piney leaned forward and issued the next attack. "Use a Thunder attack!"

Thunder grinned savagely and squeezed his cheeks until they glowed white. He released the electricity with a loud yell and a large bolt came streaking down at the Doduo.
