This is the topic that shows current Village status' and helps you pick which village you want to be in. It shows usual personalities, Chakra elements, usual jutsu element practices, etc.
Village Hidden in the Leaves
Hokage: Zaron The Dark
Usual Chakra elements: Fire, usually practices in Fire style jutsu, and non elemental jutsu.
Usual Personality: Focused, happy.
Enemies: Village Hidden in the Shade,
Allies: Sand Village, mist village
Ninjas: 2 Chuunin, 1 Hokage, 1 Genin
Village Hidden in the Sand
Kazekage: Kotaro Fuma
Usual Chakra Element: Wind, usual practices in wind and earth style Jutsu, non elemental Jutsu.
Usual Personality: Cocky.
Enemies: Village Hidden in the Shade,
Allies: Village Hidden in the Leaves
Ninjas: 1 Chuunin, 1 Genin, 1 Jonin, 1 KazeKage
Village Hidden in the Mist
MizuKage: banpaiken "ken" shendai
Usual Chakra Element: Water, usually practices Water style jutsu.
Usual Personality: Evil, Cocky, Selfish, etc.
Enemies: Village Hidden in the Shade,
Allies: leaf village, sand village
Ninjas: 1 Chuunin, 1 genin
Village Hidden by the Light
HashiKage: None, currently
Usual Chakra Element: None. Usually practices in whatever their chakra element is.
Usual Personality: No usual personality, mixed.
Enemies: None
Allies: None
Ninjas: 1 Chuunin
Village Hidden in the Shade
KageKage: Shadow Uchiha-Hyuuga
Usual Chakra Element: Darkness within themselves, usually practices in Dark and Illegal jutsu.
Usual Personality: Pure Evil, would kill their own comrades if they wouldn't be killed by the KageKage. There is no good in their hearts, they are enemies to all Villages.
Enemies: Village Hidden in the Leaves, Village Hidden in the Sand, Village Hidden in the Mist, Village Hidden by the Light, Village Hidden in the Clouds.
Allies: None
Ninjas: 1 OniKage,
Village Hidden in the Clouds
RaiKage: Ryomaru Raiken
Usual Chakra Element: Electric/ Thunder, usually practices in Lightning Style Jutsu and non elemental Jutsu.
Usual Personality: Focused, Kinda Cocky.
Enemies: Village Hidden in the Shade.
Allies: None currently
Ninjas:
All Villages are still recruiting. All Villages need all Ninja Ranks to recruit. You can still change Villages before RPing starts.
All Villages can make allies, and make Enemies.
Allie making: Your Kage goes to another Kage's office and requests an ally. If both Kages agree, than the villages are allied. This means they can work together in missions if needed, and they can't harm their allies ninja. If they harm an allies ninja, they are enemies.
Enemy making: You kill 3 of the same villages ninja. Than you are enemies, and are ABLE to go to war. Do not go to war until we have at least 15 ninja in the enemy village that are able to RP in the war.
Note: Kages will be responsible for making all topics in their village. This includes missions, training, etc.

You can't have two, sorry. But just because you're in a certain village doesn't mean your chakra element must be the average village element. And it doesn't mean you can't learn other element attacks, but people usually learn jutsu along with their jutsu element.
