Another P-I-X folk group would be Ghost Mice. They are "punk" in their general attitude, but the music is straight up folk in my opinion.

Projectcitizen...they are pretty good. I heard them once before, not sure if they're still around. Not sure if they're really folk music, or more of acoustic punk type thing, but still good.

the only one i know are flogging molly. but im not the right person to ask about that. the only punk bands i know is the big ones and then alot of danish underground punk

Awesome, I visited Copenhagen last summer and really love it. Such a thriving activist, music and art scene!

And listen to this guys: people ride bikes! For like, transportation! They have separate raised lanes for bicycles!

I'm a big fan of Bob Dylan, Woody and Arlo, and Joan Baez. I really like some of the music on the riotfolk site too.

3Lph, I appreciate the shirt, and genuinely envy your travels to Denmark.

Regarding music, I also enjoy the older folk stuff. Nothing like riding around in a friend's car singing along to Pete Seeger.
