Ezra and Shiko began a spar. Both of their attentions had turned towards the spar. Constructive criticism was always good for seasoned fighters, or so she figured. Rhiannon was quite sure they both would have a lot of words and advice to offer each other since they both seemed to be older than her. Honestly, she didn't want to watch two full grown men fight, despite how much she could probably learn from it.
It seemed Nithis and Ezra's conversation had quickly come to an end due to the beginning of the spar. Possibly it ended because there was nothing else to say, she couldn't quite understand things too well.
Stooping down, Rhiannon picked up the other pack and walked around Palo, beginning to attach it to Palo's straps so he could carry it. She had never ridden the horse and was quite proud of that fact. He was her usual traveling companion after all and deserved respect. Her attention turned towards Nithis as he spoke, with a bright smile she nodded her head in agreement.
"Alright then! Let me just pick up my backpack... Make sure these straps on Palo are fixed..."
Strapping the branch Ezra had helped her obtain to Palo, Rhiannon attached the pack to her back and put on her cloak. Grasping the reins to the horse lightly she waited for Nithis to lead the way out of the stables. She was set on getting things on the way... She wasn't one to quite laze about.
It came to mind she had not introduced herself. Raising her hand, she gestured towards herself, giving a slight bow as she gave her introduction.
"I am Rhiannon Malak, musician and traveler. If you have any need of potions or tonics do not hesitate to ask!"
She flashed a winning smile as she stated the last part, she opened her hand out with her palm up. Selling and helping Humans wasn't getting word out, talking to a werewolf, now that was a whole other marketing target. She wasn't sure if it would be a good marketing target but she was sure she wanted to help as many people as she could, in her own way.

Ezra smirked as he followed with the weight. Rather than colliding, he used the momentum to hoist himself up and flip back onto his feet. Ezra left one twin sword into the ground as he threw 2 throwing knives at Shiko during his jump. "Don't assume that a person truly attacks the way they attack. Many people have believed one fights the way they fight only to be taken off guard by a different style"

Nithis was taken back by the sudden spar slightly, although he did not show any indication of it. He merely glanced at them with a weary eye, as if making sure that their commotion did not spill into where Rhiannon and he stood. It was just the same that his conversation had ended with the one man, there was more pressing matters beside.
Admittedly, Nithis was glad to have stricken a deal with the woman, though he did not show it; he wore the same dull expression, his eyes sharp and piercing as he studied her. Even his voice showed little indication of his emotion, although he did, somewhat obviously, throw some enthusiasm into his tone as not to sound ungrateful.
"Excellent."
He nodded his head in response to her introduction, visibly seeming to make a mental note of her name. He began leading the way out of the area and towards the south.
"Stay close, Miss Malak."

It was too late Shiko was already there before Ezra could jump or let go of the sword. Following with the kick as soon as Ezra's feet came off the ground being sure he would jump. As his hand grabbed the sword right after Ezra released it and pulled it from the ground if Ezra still wanted to throw knives he would block them with the sword making them fly back towards Ezra. The kick after Ezra left the ground flipping would most likely make Ezra fall on his back or face depending how he tried to flip. "You lack the mind and the skill for this, Your trying to make an opening or find one. This is a sword fight not an assassination or anything. Your guard is too easy to break." How Shiko was able to do this he watched the muscle movement in his peripheral vision.

Ezra merely smiled, again moving with the attacks. He didn't flip, but rolled with the impact, no sound came from any movement. He made simple movements, the knives missing him only by a hair. "A bit on your own high horse now, aren't you? My guard is too easy to break." Ezra twisted his fingers, the sword Shiko took spun towards him, the sword attacking the new owner. All of Ezra's movements haven't been resistant to any of Shiko's movements. All flowed and reacted in tune. With Ezra's finger movements, the throwing knives flew past and returned towards Shiko's direction. Ezra was standing in a stance, his body showing no tension, no effects from any of Shiko's actions. "My friend, you strengthen the left wall, the right will be hindered. You strengthen the right wall, the left will be hindered. You strengthen all walls, you will be hindered. A guard is always left open, no one is fully guarded. Remember, there is always an escape, always an area left unguarded."

Shiko felt the blade move in his hand and figured the knives would too. Was he trying to play with magic now? Shiko tossed the sword and closed his eyes. Shiko hadn't did much moving Ezra had come to him all he did was knock him down with a simple kick instead of pursuing and ending the spar. "A guard is not meant to be stationary, When you learn stances thats the first thing you learn. Was it your intent to rely on magic from the start?" The air around him pulsed throwing the knives away from him in a wave. His sheaths began to rattle as his eyes opened. The air was swirling around him roaring. Stopping himself he turned around and the air calmed as he began to walk away. "This is a waste of time your doing nothing but argue when I point out a weakness, Is this as far as you intend to go in skill?, You are skilled though seems you have no intention to improve. If you decide to break down your barriers and train with me I will be in the caves for one day only." Despite how many sheaths he had he walked and there was no sound, As he would take his leaves heading towards the caves. Fading in the distance quickly.

Stay close... Rhiannon wasn't quite sure she had heard anyone say that to her. Well, at least in her short memory. She was sure he was grateful for her company but she wasn't quite sure how much help she would be towards the immortal king. Getting an audience with him would possibly seem harder when he was away from his castle than snuggled down at home in his throne room.
Giving a quick wave to Shiko and Ezra. Shiko seemed to be quickly disinterested in their spar and Rhiannon felt a bit of relief. Honestly she didn't like to see anyone hurt.
Palo was quite confused and unruly once he found out they were following the man out of the stables. Suddenly the horse just stopped just outside of the building. Rhiannon turned on her heel and shook her finger at the horse.
"Palo! The nice man is traveling with us! You need to behave. Come!"
Usually Rhiannon would be quite wary of Palo's intuition but he usually didn't just refuse to do anything. The horse was just being stubborn. Pulling out a carrot and waving it in front of Palo's nose quickly caught his attention. The horse was easy to please and quick to forget the moment. She was sure he would just work his way to liking the traveling companion, as soon as he calmed down. He took the carrot and munched it happily.
Jogging with Palo in tow, Rhiannon caught up with Nithis. She didn't get too close for Palo's sake. Possibly, they would make good time going this way.

Ezra gave a frown in disbelief. "Really now? You haven't heard of the style I'm using. I'm playing the fool, waiting for you to get in over your head. Second," he pulled his hand to the air, showing strings attached to it, "I'm not using magic. Strings, fisherman's wires to be exact. Gives the illusion of magic. Geez, so high on your own talents. I'm arguing? You never did wonder why, a person who has been experienced with training, would have his guard break so easily? Why would I open with an obviously, easy attack to counter? Why have I not resisted any of your movements? As I said earlier, I'm playing the fool. I know your swordsmanship is top notch, so I try to see if I could go with a method to avoid close combat, your strength. I tried a more environmental approach, setting up traps along the way to that I could snare you at the right moment. Honestly, I would love to practice with you, but if you cannot accept any hints I gave along the way or dismiss the things I do, then the only person who would benefit would be me. Since we are of the same lands, I would like to see you become better as well." It was this kind of thing that pissed off Ezra easily. This was one of the reasons why he hated people who idolized power and nothing else. He loved his nation, the people were rich with knowledge and experience, but so closed minded as well. At least the fool king could recognize this to a certain extent. He looked over to Rhiannon. "Best of luck on your trip. It was good meeting you. You'll be missed," he petted Palo, "as will you, my friends" he said in a kind voice.

Nithis glanced quickly back at the pair, so quickly, infact, that it appeared as if he never took his eyes off the front. Immediately, his stomach growled and he found himself thankful that there was some distance between them; he really should have gotten something to eat before starting off on another journey. He was not too worried about it, however, seeing as this would be a long trip and they would likely have to do some hunting regardless. Either way, he kept up a quick lead and in setting the pace for the party, he figured they would make good time. Exit To

Carthose walked up beside Rouge and smiled, "Studying I see. It is a good thing you do so," Taking a seat not far from her, he pulled his hair back over his face. His white hair almost outshone his piercing blue eyes. Looking at her with a smirk, he nodded, "So, will you accompany me when we march for the Centaur lands?" He asked simply, propping his legs on a foot rest.

Seeing that Ezra had ran out of people he wanted to talk to, he began to take his leave. He first decided to sharpen and maintain his weapons before leaving. He looked around for a brief moment and smirked. "The Fool King isn't here yet," he said to himself, "though I hate to admit it, he must have been doing something right if he was able to keep this nation alive." He decided to try sparring with another nation, maybe he could learn something new from the other nations. "Maybe the cat could teach me something. Hopefully this trip will be educational" ((Gone to Cat Kingdom))

Rouge looked up at the handsome stranger when he sat down in front of her, barely giving him a passing glance. Yet she could feel heart heart quicken. With some control she forced it down for good, no point in becoming like her silly cousins over a man she didn't know. Quickly she went back to her books, submerging herself in the magick of it all. At the sound of his voice she looked up again, stunned.
"Carthose?" She asked, almost shocked. Behind the mask she pictured decay and deformity. Now she felt almost shallow and her cheeks reddened.

The sorcerer was almost taken aback by Rouge not know him, but remembered he had cast away his mask not long ago. Smiling, he sat forward, feet resting on the ground once again, "Your surprise is expected; almost satisfying," Seeing her cheeks redden, he smiled again. She may be Immortal, but she was still a female. The thought appeased Carthose as he walked around behind her, placing a hand on Rouge's shoulder, "But yes, it is me you see and feel right now. Did you expect the face of death?" He chimed, running his fingers down her arm.
