Rhade tapped on her chin as she thought of all possible locations for their spar. She stood suddenly, a playfull smirk on her face. "I choose the Desert setting!" Kenji didn't look like he was comfortable with sand, but she loved it. Sand was her favorite and she knew how to move in the desert. That's why she chose that room, she would have the upper hand and that was all she'd need.

Soryuu KenjiNameless Village | Nature's Guard | GeninKenji's heart sunk when he heard Rhade mention the desert. He tried not to allow it to be shown, but it probably came through a little bit through his facial expressions that he wasn't very pleased with the selection. Not only was the desert devoid of water, but keeping water around would be rather difficult as well. It could be done of course, but it would require a lot of extra work just to make sure he had the amount of water he needed for each jutsu... and of course, each Mizu no Ai would drain his chakra that much more.
After these thoughts ran through his head, Kenji realized that he must have trailed off in thought and snapped back to reality as he gave Rhade a bright smile. "Alright then... the Desert it is! Let's go." With a surprising spring in his step, Kenji opened the door, holding it open for Rhade as he waited for her to go out of the room first before following her out himself.

She had caught the slight discomfort in Kenji when he haard her choice and hid her smirk by pulling her scarf up over her nose and bandana down to just over her eyebrows. Walking to the door as he held it for her, Rhade let her eyes grow soft and beautiful as she looked into his eyes. "Thank you, Kenji. I hope it's not too much trouble for you to fight in sand." Her voice rang innocent as she strode past him and towards the training grounds.
