DangerSqueezit Yeah the process of extracting eggs from a female is nasty. That's why ya get paid so much. And why sperm donors don't. I'm 100% positive no one would want my genes anyway. 3nodding I am pretty sure that the doctors cannot tell what is in your genes.... plus maybe if you infect some other peoples genes it would make the world a better place.

I've thought of it because the money would be nice (I'm a starving art student) but at the same time I'm not about to do it because the thought of a mini-me running around somewhere terrifies me.
Plus, I think if someone wants kids it would be better for them to adopt and get kids out of the system rather than bring another person into the world.

sabre_the_bogle I've thought of it because the money would be nice (I'm a starving art student) but at the same time I'm not about to do it because the thought of a mini-me running around somewhere terrifies me. Plus, I think if someone wants kids it would be better for them to adopt and get kids out of the system rather than bring another person into the world. My thoughts exactly. I'm a starving History student who could really do with some cash. But one of my main reasons for being CF is because I think it morally wrong to bring anyone else into this world when there's obviously too m any people aleady. So, no I wouldn't do it. Plus I may have polycystic ovaries which means my eggs are kinda worthless anyways! blaugh

I would because I need the money, but they wouldn't accept me because im chock full of diseases. Raynods (bad circulation. I wear a coat in the 90 degree weather.), alergic to almost EVEYTHING, short (19 and only 5"), and bipolar.

When I'm older I'll probably donate my eggs and ovum. The breeder parents that demand to have their genes instead of a ophan are going to get an egg or ovum anyways, so why not mine. Hopefully if its a girl, they're going to get a little suprise when their baby is an artistic Aspie or she'll be smart enough to know to be childfree when older, hehe.
