Vydia held tightly to the objects as she proceeded toward the light. It ended up being just a torch light, which should have been obvious by the flickering of the light on the walls. She shook her head and with a heavy sigh, she was tired of this hunt now, tried to find her next course of action. There was something to her right, a plaque of some kind. Vydia almost ignored it, not caring to waste any time but curiosity got the better of the young girl and she went over to examine it.

Vydia walked up to the plaque and looked at it. A Star was pinned to it. It shinned dully. It needed help.

The dark haired child stood still, a little afraid and a little angry. Her grip strengthened on her own star as she gazed at the fading one in front of her. Who would do this? She carefully placed her star and objects on the floor, clearing both her hands and ran a finger across the star. Its light was very faint, the torch provided more light then the star did. Vydia wasn't sure exactly what she could do, but she knew she needed to get it off the plaque. One of her hands rested under the star while she used the other try and removed the pin(s?).

Vydia removed the pins and the star fell into her hands. She picked up her stuff. and a bright light surrounded her.
Stella smiled. "Welcome back! I see you have found a star and a star kit. You may keep them or I can find homes for them."

Vydia squeezed her eyes shut as light surrounded her. She opened them slowly, the light burning them until she could open them fully. She let out a sigh of relief at the sound of Stella’s voice.
“You mean, I made it?” A wide grin spread across her face and she jumped up. “Ha! I did it!” She glanced at her full arms, placing her star against her leg. She wasn’t sure what she should do. She’d always wanted a pet, besides Cliff’s big dog, and she didn’t think he’d mind a familiar….but another star could be pushing it. “I……Can I keep the familiar?” She asked, glancing up at Stella. “But I think that having a star would be too hard to take care of.” She wasn’t going to watch over the thing. “But I’ll only hand it over if you can promise you will find it a good home.” She said, looking expectantly at the woman.

Stella smiled."Of course you may keep the Star Kit. I promise it will find a good home." She hugged Vydia and sent her home.
