Nieve whistled softly. "Sheesh. " She chuckled softly, and shrugged. "I dunno then. Maybe it won't change. " Nieve glanced up, and blinked, then frowned. "The boys ditched us. "
Zeke glanced over at Kale. "Any certain reason we're out here?"

Kara looked about them and nodded, "Seems so." She let out a sweet giggle. Kale shrugged, "Just wanted to give Nieve and Kara time to talk and bond with one another." He told him and smiled. He was never bothered by cold weather, he was sure that Zeke had to be getting cold though.

Zeke flipped up his collar, but other than that, didn't really do much to stop the weather's affects. He was warm. "Ah. " Zeke glanced over at him. Then smiled softly. "I'd say relief at Nieves return bonded us a little. I never thought she'd be in the forest- or that spirits would be holding her. "
Nieve got to her feet, the skirt falling all around her. "Well then, let's go track them down and hug our 'daddies'." Nieve grinned a bit. "I met Zeke by trying to pick his pocket, you know. I got his wallet away from him, just got to guilty to keep it there. "

Kale smiled and nodded in agreement. "That it has... again anyway." He looke dto Zeke. "I am sorry for vanishing like I did... there's a lot to it that I can't explain just yet." Kara gazed to Nieve and nodded, smiling brightly. "That's cute." She said to Nieve's tale about how she'd met Zeke.

Zeke shrugged. "No need to apologize. Then you weren't really my friend, just Nieves. When she vanished, I didn't really expect to ever see you again. "
"Thanks. C'mon. " Nieve grinned a bit, then turned and headed towards where the boys had run off to. She snuck up behind Zeke and hugged him- or tried to anyway. The shifting skirts were bugging the heck outta her, they were so loud.

Kale grinned, he'd seen Nieve come up behind Zeke and he motioned for Kara and picked her up, hugging her and sat her back down gently.
Kara smiled watching Zeke and Nieve, standing in front of Kale, his hands on her shoulders.

Nieve rested her cheek on Zekes back and tilted her head. "So. What have I missed in the time I spent outta the loop?" She blinked at them. What an odd image they must all make.
Zeke glanced over his shoulder at her, and smiled softly, then glanced over at Kale, letting him explain anything he thought was important. Zeke had been out of the loop as well, not paying attention to much of anything.

Kara looked up to Kale to listen. Kale nodded and went into explaining everything. How he'd left and what his reasons being there. He'd had to, the Vampire Counsil was on the verge to starting a war against the Preshions. With Kale being such a respected member of the Counsil he had to go and give his side of everything. Explain how the Preshions weren't really a threat to anyone and definitely not to the Vampries, so long as they didn't start anything with them first. He also explained how in defending the Preshions, he'd come to find out that Nieve had been taken and in turn had put in a request to take a small group with him to rescue her, but he was denied time and time again, so he left to go and save her. On his way to do so, he'd found Kara, saved her and then had run into Zeke again and before they knew it, they were all out to save Nieve.

Nieve had frowned and dropped her arms half-way through the story. "Knew I was taken. . .? How's that possible, The 'preshions' that took me were no more than memories, ghosts. They couldn't even talk." Her eyes widened. "Did they think that band of people who'd tried to take my gem off still had me?" Thinking about it, her hand went up to softly touch her gem. "And I thought preshions were nearly extinct. . ."
Zeke had frowned a bit too, wondering how he'd had that information when Zeke couldn't get ahold of it. He'd dared to ask the other vampires once- only once- if they had any information on Nieve, and they'd flat out told him she was dead. Then again, as a half-breed, they didn't much like him.
