Se Ga Takai Type Text Here Now now, lay of the this church that seem to be horrible homophobic. =( You wouldn't like it if someone started ragging on your demoniation/religion. . every word out of their mouths is an indirect insult to every Christian out there. Every unsaved person is an indirect insult to everything Christ came for. Which is worse than insulting us Christians. I mean, yeah hate (don't hate them remember forgive your neighbour) them but I mean, rag of them a little less. =( I'm not into insulting people on purpose. >_< I do a good enough job of doing that in anger or by mistake.

You have obviously never heart of Westborough Baptist Church, have you? They're not a denomination. They're a cult. To my knowledge, they have one member that is not a part of their family, nor married into their family. The other 40-something members... All family. Time for you to learn up. Baptists are pretty werid full stop. o.o No offense to baptists the whole woman not being allowed to speak in church thing a bit much. I whole heartedly agree. While I have never found any one denomination of Christianity or any theistic religion for that matter to be particularly sane, I've observed that a fair share of baptists are utterly insane. I favour Catholicism for the aesthetic value. biggrin

I'm not so sure that the insult is "indirect" in WBC's case... I mean, they pretty much hate everyone who's not a part of their cult--especially other denominations of Christianity. I'd also assert that the WBC directly insults Christ and all he came for, with their threats of damnation for homosexuals and those who support them. They are a fire and brimstone sort of group. Everyone's going to hell--people who have sex out of wedlock, people who support homosexuality, Jews, other Christians, people who don't dress modestly, people who don't actively go out and try to kill/surpress/opress/damn homosexuals, people who do things that might not involve worshipping God etc.

But through Christ there not, so they've got it half right, but there just missing the scripture that says "Forgive as you've been forgiven"
