So does it say in the Bible that human life became shorter on average? I honestly haven't done much research into this matter.

not exactly, but looking at the records one can tell that human life became shorter after the flood.

Quote:
My point still stands, however. Satan =/= Lucifer, and Lucifer =/= the same Lucifer in Milton's book that is so widely accepted as fact.

of course. i'm not trying to say that Lucifer can be a name for Satan, considering the same title of "Morning Star" is attributed to Christ. rather i'm saying that it is possible that "King of Babylon" could be a term for Satan. like in Revelation, another book of prophecy, Babylon is not a literal city, but rather figurative for something (i forget what D: ).

I didn't learn that from fluffum I learned the demonolgy stuff from some book -- obviously it was full of crap. rofl
A fair share of demonology books are crap. rolleyes

I don't know of any verses that describe Satan as the "morning star."

Again, the term refers to anything that eminates light, and can be used to describe celestial beings and even mortal kings.

Guess who going to call the sun lucifer at church on sunday. Guess. Me! biggrin

sweatdrop Well I can't pledge my virginity to my dad... and probably wouldn't if I could (he is deceased). But I can and have to God, and my close friends know where I stand on this. I think it is good to have accountability, my roomies I'll have in less then a month no doubt would love to held me accountable if I ask them to (one is my sister). But signing a paper means nothing... your true test is when you promise God.
