Scanning her face with his cold eyes, Deimos smiled at the answer. "Good choice, Faith Anderson. I do so hate to kill more than one person in a night," he mused. Lusting after the mortal woman for her blood and her fear, the vampire licked the red-haired woman's cheek.
"What kind of game should we play, my lovely? One where I leave you alone in the street after I've had my fun? Or would you prefer something else. Maybe a trade. Small amounts of information about the uprising of some vicious vampires for small amounts of your blood?"

~(You can shortly after Deimos gets a drink? Haha. That's all he's doing. xd You can wait until he starts, then jump in and save Faith? ~shrugs~ You'd have to confirm w/ Solar, but it works for me. xd )~

((hmm yes, after Deimos has his way... since Ariai and Faith have already met, this could be a fitting way for Faith to find out what's going on.))
Trembling, the red headed woman just shook her head. She did not want either of thise two things to happen. Her heart beat was growing louder as it beat faster from her growing terror. She wanted to just get it over with. She should have let him kill her quickly. Something was telling her that him playing his game with her would be far worse.

The demon pouted. "What kind of investigator gives up a fresh chance to gain tidbits of information? Even if there is a bit of a price. Would it help if I said I wasn't going to kill you?" asked the vampire. He wanted to have a bit of fun first.
Shrugging, Deimos spun Faith so that he was now behind her with arm wrapped around her waist and his hand still on her mouth. "Don't say I didn't give you a shot, love. But, it's too late now. My hunger can wait no longer." And with that, the blooddrinker bit down on her neck.

She squirmed against him as his arm wrapped itself around her waist. She needed to get away and fast. Unfortunately, it was too late. The moment Deimos' fangs broke through her soft flesh, her whole body shuddered in a pained spasm. She continued to fight his hold on her as she cried out softly into his hand. Unconsciously, she leaned back against the Vampire, trying to escape the unescapeable pain.

Liek had told George what she knew of what was going on but when he had only replied with the briefest answers she quickly became bored and started outside to look around. Sniffing a bit her nose quickly caught onto the fresh scent of blood and followed it lightly. She cackled as she walked into the alley with the vampire and human. "Oh dear, oh dear, what do we have here? A vampire preying on a human that was straying? Unfortunately, I think you should leave quietly, and leave the human here with me." She said as she walked towards them, smirking so that a fang showed viciously on her lip.
It wasn't that she wanted the human herself. But she had seen her talking to Cliffy as she had dragged up the youngling. He and Ari probably wouldn't like it if she died after just meeting her. She waited, ready to use her speed to punch the vampire away if need be, though without care to the human's neck. She could always tend to it if he ripped out part of her neck.

((gosh...sorry to keep people waiting sweatdrop I kinda conked out after work and woke up a little while ago...not sure if I can sleep anymore tonight razz stupid me.))
"I fear it as well...Soemone seems to be trying to destory our people...or the humans...maybe even both. But we can't have that happen can we?" Clifford held Ariai for a moment fairly content that she was so close to him. Then suddenly there was a jolt of anger he felt that came from Liek. He lifted his head and looked to the where he sensed his child. "Liek needs us...one of us at least." He took his arm from around the beautiful woman and gave her a smile. "I think it would be best if you were here to welcome this boy into our world. I will go and help my child out." He then strode out and once outside the house used the swiftness of his people to reach the alley in a matter of moments.
He arrived on the other side of the alley and narrowed his eyes on the vampire attacking the woman he had met that night. A golden shimer came to his eyes as he moved slowly closer. "I would listen to her if I were you."
