Marie sighed, tossing the paper to the table. "This will be fun," she muttered under her breath. Then she turned a little pink and looked between Saro and Erik. "Maybe we could all get together today and get it over with... um... maybe Amanda could come too..." she said, trying to figure out a way to make it less weird. At least if Amanda came there'd be someone they all were friendly with.

Marie stared at him, surprised by his cooperation. Why was he agreeing so easily to meeting up with a pair of vamps? Maybe it was just because Amanda might be there.

Plus we have two computers, so we can get all the research done faster." she really didn't care if Amanda came, as long as Marie was there she was fine. (so they didn't try to kill each other imediatly)

"All right. So who do you guys want to do?" she asked, hugging herself. Saro seemed kind of tense. It was almost scarier then the idea that she was sitting next to a werewolf. A sudden reminder of what she had learned that morning about her parents made her shudder.

"I guess we should choose someone who came up with something fairly simple. We won't be able to comprehend and explain properly the meaning of something that's branched up in high calculus," suggested Erik. Really he wasn't sure if there was such a thing as 'high' calculus, maybe there was just calculus and then whatever else above it.

The teacher came around with a hat and strips of paper and held it out to Saro. She drew one out, and the teacher moved on. She handed it to Erik. "You can read it, I picked it."

((Really? I'm going to be in Algebra 2 this year. And I'm a sophomore razz
We had to do a project sorta like this one in Geometry, and I researched Goerge Boole. razz ))
"Well he also came up with Boolean logic, I'm pretty sure... Like, 'if such-and-such condition equal to true then do this; if such-and-such condition equal to false do this other thing.'" He then realized he was trying to explain something completely irrellevant, so he shut up.
