Okay, I think that I have narrowed the field down to just two choices: Architecture in Helsinki's 'In Case We Die' and God Speed You Black Emperor's 'Shake Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven'. Now the real challenge will be to find these releases at my local music stores. Special thanks to The Disco Infiltrator and White Linen for their killer picks.

And if I like it, then I'll be ready for God Speed You Black Emperor. Thanks again for your help. heart ninja pirate

i cant remember what i was going to say....
i guess i could look lower down on the page and see what thread im posting in, but that seems like a waste of time.
almost as much as this message is, actually.

Its never a waste of time to post on this thread. Anything that you have to say is worth hearing, even if you can't remember what it is.

Okay, then since I really don't want to know about sex among the lepers, please limit your posts to anything that has to do with music. rofl heart ninja pirate

Hehehe If you like Crazy Japanese Music. Polysics - Hey! Bob! My Friend! ( I dunno if you heard em yet.) Hmmmmm The Notwist - Shrink and Neon Golden are pretty chill. The Futureheads are pretty nice. If you wanna go on the rockin' side Death From Above 1979 - (ok ok a little bit commercial but they get my crotch rocking everytime I heard those trashy guitars.) Broken Social Scene - You forgot it in People are so good they are fatening. FOr Eerie sounds out of space and a guy with an unique voice Xiu Xiu - Fabulous Muscles and A Promise Wilco - A Ghost is Born The Flaming Lips are always a classic!
If you wanna go on the electro side: Adult Tiga - DJ Kicks is pretty good Swayzak - Zoot wowman (I'm not 100% sure of the title tought) Thomas Raumschmiere - Radio Blackout is ro raunchy sounding I think i'll listen to that right now! Have fun! mrgreen

Hmm Royksopp 's new album, "The Understanding", is pretty cool. Quite Chilly compared to what I normally listen to.
