 inuyasha cowered from the harsh words form the demon. "M-My N-Name is I-I-Inuyasha....." he said shaking with fer that the demon would hurt him further. "I wanted to help...you so.. i took the hit.." inuyasha began to cry again and yelped when he slame dhimself back agenst the tree he was proped up on. He bruse on his back hurt severly and when he hit it it caused extreme pain to shoot down his spine.

 He slowly reached out to him and brushed away his tears. "Shhhhh.....I told you that you would cause yourself more pain if you moved."His hand then ascended to his head and he softly ran his long fingers through his soft silver hair. Sesshomaru hadn't wanted the pup to try and scramble away from him like that. It caused a feeling of self frustration to rise inside himself and perhaps it began to leak through his amber eyes. "Tell me, why you out here crying beneath this tree earlier, otouto?"

Inuyasha tried not to cry and show weakmess to the youkai. "The people at the village i live in are mean to me and refuse to play with me they call me freak and a ha-yo" he said having trouble pronouncing the names.

 The taiyoukai had heard the taijiya's words. However, all the pain was making it rather difficult to reamain still, though he was managing only to make minor movements. He was having some difficulity breathing and unconsciously gripped Tenseiga a bit tighter. ~~~~~~~ Sitting beside him, Sesshomaru picked him up, being mindful of his injured back. He then placed him in his warm tail. "Hanyou...", Sesshomaru corrected. "It means half-demon.
This is what you are because you are neither fully human nor fully demon.
You are caught between the lines, half of both races."He then leaned closer to him, as his long silver hair lifted up in the breeze, and whispered in his small puppy ear. "Know this, Inuyasha...father died to protect you and your mother because he loved both of you."

 Inuyasha tried not to yelp when sesshomaru picked him up and brushed his back causing new pain to shoot down his back.

 The taiyoukai bought his knees closer to his chestplate. His tail, holding the hanyou pup, slowly moved into his lap. With a gentle touch, he rubbed Inuyasha's right puppy ear. "I assume by your earlier reaction that you were never informed about having an older brother.", He said, though the statement carried a note of curiousity.

 Sango brought her knees to her chest. She moved closer to Inuyasha. "I never knew that you and Sesshomaru had never known about eachother before." she said.

 "no" inuyasha shook his head and winced. I diddent even know my dad. he began to cry "why must i be such a burden to every one i meet i diddent even know my dad but he died protecting me!!!"

 Sesshomaru raised his right hand and held it against the side of Inuyasha's head. His crying seemed to bother him, but not in an irratating manner. "OUR father.", He corrected quietly. "I garuntee he was the one to name you, as well.
Do you truely believe you believe you are a burden to myself?"

 (hey sango.... this is kinda a flashback of our past in out heads haha) "i-i-i cant do anything to help anyone." inuyasha cried. Sesshomaru looked inuyasha and saw that the joy and fight in his golden eyes dissapear and coldness entered clouding his once bright golden eyes.

You insisted on taking that blow, even though I could have handled it.
Does that not count for something, otouto?"

inuyasha eyes where still sad and had not changed but sesshoamru's word seemed to bring back painful memories and he began to cry again also hitting himself for crying.

 His amber eyes remained trained on the crying hanyou. Seeing that his previous words hadn't remedied the situation, he tried a different approach. "Shhhhhh.....
Striking yourself will solve nothing, Inuyasha.
It's normal for a pup to cry when they're upset, frightened, or injured."Sesshomaru then paused a moment for it to sink in and then continued, "Thank you, for what you had done for me earlier."
