"That one's a bit special," Peter said, examining the gun Edwin had picked up. "It looks just like a normal Earth gun and doesn't have the rotating ring. Instead, the barrel will spin to deliver the magic effect. That one only comes with the basic force spell."

Edwin's eyebrow raised. "As long as it actually does something, I'll take it, can I put a down payment on this?"

Peter glances at Sarah and she nods slightly. "I guess," Peter sighed. "It costs in total 700 gold, being a special model. If you can pay at least 100 gold for now, you can take it with you."

Edwin grinned. "That I do, that I do." He took out the money pouch and emptied the remaining contents onto the counter. Several coins from different countries clattered onto the table as well. "i believe that'll suffice, keep the others as a tip."

Peter swiped the coins into his hand, examining the foreign ones. "I'll find out how much they're worth and put them toward your payment. Now, what are we going to do about the earth magigun?"
"I'll pay you for that in full," Sarah said, pulling out a handful of coins from a pouch on her side. "I'll let Caliah pay me back later."
"Whatever," Peter shrugged, accepting the coins. He grabbed a magigun with a brown ring from behind the counter and handed it to Caliah.
"500 gold is about what you were going to receive for your mission," Sarah explains. "I'll take it out of your payment if you want."
