Oh? But you had no problem breaking God law about sex before marriage?

you know what? since when did I say I enjoyed what I did? I threw my cross across the room, damn it. I cried, and told my boyfriend I was not worthy of God. Since when did you have the right to judge me like that? since when did you have the right to ASSUME I was happy with what had happened? I love my boyfriend. I wanted him to have me, but I didn't think it would be at that moment. It just happened. I couldn't help it. A simple statement or promise could never have changed that. I told myself, my mother, AND my boyfriend that I would not have sex until marriage. What good that did me. If a person cannot over come a pull like that on their own, a contract isn't going to make any difference.

Or if you really want to press it, we can dispute the whole "Gods law about Sex before Marriage" in it's entirety. I have teh verses to back it, and I know from experience, few others can support teh opposition.

Honestly I didn't see that Sega, kehehehe!? Sega!?! D=
-Ahem.-
I was away for a few days with assessments, and I probable should be on now due to a test tomorrow. I didn't realise that she'd said that. Well that seems less hypocritical.

In that case, Tar read any of these books "Kissed the girls and made them cry" -- Lisa Bevear(sp?) or "Boy meets Girl" -- Joshua H.
I personally have only read Boy meets Girl as kiss the girls and made them cry, is well a chicks book.

And yes, a promise would of helped you in that Tar, it more than a contract it daughters talking to there father about this, it allowing father insight into there lives eg; you tell your father how intement your getting, the standard I go on is this "I'll only do whatever I'm willing to do in front of her father"

Oh please tell me the verse that oppose and agree with sex before marriage -- if there are such and they aren't faulty you would of made my day =P It'll make tense amongst me and a female a lot easier. Nah just joking I wouldn't even if you had it I don't wanna rip off her husband if it was to fail.

But anyway, I'd like to hear your evidence for prematiral sex, if not here then pms? I just wanna hear it.

Did I say there was anything in the Bible that agreed with it? No. I think you should read my whole post over again.
I replied to you in more than one post.

Oh no no dearie, that was at sega. He said he does, I'd love to hear them.

Tar seriously consider buying boy meets girl. It really good.

I'll take a look, but I won't make any promises.
Just make sure you read all my posts next time, cause I almost freaked out at you.

Please call me Tara, or Tarena for short. Tar makes it sound like I'm being put on pavement. sweatdrop

Okay, it a good book. It about Godly dating, and stuff, read it as pointers not as a bible tho' cause you may be offended by the start but the end is helpful.

Sorry, Tara, I didn't know you where exactly talking to me so I focused on pirate. SOrry, it my flaw in forums if I'm gone for a while I kind of skim read. sweatdrop

And if your talking about me getting that verse about due to be married woman being raped then the rapist killed. I used that for a purpose, I knew that downward it said that, but it was both way, it wasn't like all rapist got off scott free, there was a reason for the rapist being told to marry the woman, it was for her livelyhood. Me getting the above was only to prove that rape wasn't something you got away with, raping a woman in the Jewish culture wasn't like the pakistarni where it's completely okay.
Though I never made any claims that all rapists got off scotch free. I made the claim that if a virgin is raped, she is to marry her rapist, and if she does not cry out, she and she rapist are to be killed. That certainly speaks a lot for females' status in the Bible, or at very least OT, to me--the original topic at hand.

And I guess I could come off as rude but that before I'm straight forward, I say none of it with an agressive voice, I'm just rather blunt when it comes to debating -- it a flaw. When I write it in my head it all happy and nice, but being an Australian I have that bluntness that over here, is something you just accept as normal -- I don't know. Culture clash? I don't mean any of it rudly.
I've dealt with plenty of Aussies online. It's hardly cultural. I could just as easily claim that because I am an Irish American immigrant, I naturally sound very confrontational when I do not mean to be. Not an acceptable excuse.

You and I have both been rather aggressive in this debate. I am not the only one at fault, and do not appreciate your attempts to make it seem as if I am.

Annoyed Piratedom Aside

I spoke to my mother about this topic and she had her two cents to offer. Oddly sensible of my mother to take this stance: she disagrees with promising your virginity to your father, and instead recommends promising it to God.

Delightfully simple. Such reasoning had even escaped me...

And for future reference, it's not 'sega'. for one, it's considered rude to put the first letter of someones name in lower case. For second, "Se Ga" is simple Grammar of my name, it's like shortening 'The Spork' to just 'The'.

Call me Takai. Sorry, just a sorespot, I'm not a crappy outdated gaming system. sweatdrop

Yeah I guess, but I always wanted to just get across God view them as lower, although man did. The whole cry out bit was to make sure she wasn't just sleeping with him, and I placed that verse forward to say "Well it not like raping was cool" I just didn't express that. sweatdrop

Okay, but I mean in most debates I'm very blunt so just take me less serious. I'm bad with words on the net, combinded with the fact I write how I speak sometimes, which means you really need tone and body language to realise I'm not being a jerk.

Yeah I have gotten a bit agressive. Sorry.

I disagree. I had a Sega. Sold it not long after recieving it. I still have my original Playstation, however. I bought a PS2 once, but then sold it after I realised there were only two PS2 games worth playing(FFX and GTAIII), everything else I played on it were my PSX games. Though I may have to get a PS2 now, after realising the greatness that is Guitar Hero.

And we're SO off topic now...

The GTA Series saved numerous lives in my area. If not for that Game, I would have needed to vent my frustrations in far less pleasant ways.

And I don't remember it coming with a bun. Perhaps you were ripped off, thus why you hold such a grudge against it?
