As Mendez made his way to the bridge, his comlink beeped the tone of an extremly outdated song, War Pigs, by Black Sabbath. "Lieutenant, we've received the report and are no longer needed on the bridge, report back to the hangar." Mendez shook his head and turned around, making his way back.

Magnus, finished with the adjustments to the pelican's guidance and steering systems, brushed himself off and retrieved his music disk. As he exited the dropship, lighting a fresh cigarette as he went, he noticed the commotion going on with the newly arrived weapons and troops. As he looked on, the Master Gunnery Sergeant contemplated for a moment. I could give them a hand, he thought, landing softly on the flight deck from the troop/cargo area, On the other hand, it looks like they have plenty of help and I'd undoubtedly get in the way. After a moment of contemplation he ended up sitting against the landing strut of the pelican, completely out of the way, humming an old metal song, the name of which he couldn't think of and smoking.

Snane had finished his tasking so he decided his next course of actioin: find the marine who'd got the best of him earlier. With this goal set he took off in search of him...

Matthew walked into the hangar and came to a stop. He then examined the entire area looking for something to do until he was yet again called to arms.

Marisol was in the hanger, looking over her list of weapons and supplies she might need for her next assignment.

*Hunter looked around the hangar, seeing a few marines there.*
Damnit, I hate ships, the ground is the safest place for me he thought as he took off his ODST helmet and ran his hand down his chemically induced silver hair. *Hunter took a look at the Pelicans and Longswords docked there* Nothing like the drop pods if ya ask me. *He looked around, sighed, and sit down.*

Through his visor, Matthew observed the hangar for a few minutes. He then walked over and took a seat on a wooden crate as he was still staying open to everything within the hangar.

Hunter opened his eyes, and looked up. He saw three marines behind a Pelican peeking out looking at something. He looked in their direction they were looking and was amazed to see a Spartan-III sitting there. He took another look at the marines, smiled, and got up. He began walking towards the Spartan and waved childishly.

Matthew's ears twitched as he could hear footsteps that were approaching his direction. He raised his head and saw a marine waving at him. The Spartan responded by giving a small wave of his own at the approaching marine.

Hunter grinned. It's just like me to do this... damnit, always trying to impress the Privates. He removed his ODST helmet and sit down beside the Spartan, trying to think of what to say, he could only come out with one word.
"So?"

Matthew decided to start up a small conversation since the marine was having difficulty doing so himself, "What's your name?"

"Captain Morgan L. Hunter, yours?" As Hunter looked around the hangar for any of his old buddies, but couldn't see any. Doesn't look like they made it back. Hunter snapped out of his sad moment and directed his attention to the Spartan again.

"I am a Captain of the Marines son, as for you?" Hunter quickly responded. Hehe, I might actually like this guy he thought, but quickly put it in the back of his mind. His thoughts were becoming too many.
