Semblances:

Ice in the Veins: Body temperature permanently below freezing.
Grants immunity to all cold elements and unparalleled control over ice.
Weakness to fire and extreme heats.

Permafrost: Flash freezes the target, encasing it in ice for a duration of roughly three minutes.
Enhanced by the staff grants it a 20 foot range but reduces duration to 1 minute.
Extreme heat and great strength can shatter the frozen effect early.

As Iris took his hand he smiled and returned her handshake, fully expecting her response given it always shocked people to learn of it. "Oh? You certain you're not just running an incredibly high fever? Here let me check!" He swiftly moved towards her, placing his forehead against her knowing full well it would likely be a shock to have something below freezing suddenly upon her skin, let alone the fact his face was abruptly so close to hers. He withdrew after a brief moment, laughing, nearly beside himself as he anticipated some sort of retaliation and prepared to leap back and into the air if necessary.

He nodded slightly in response to Cora's question. "That sounds about right. Maybe." He added with a smirk as he glanced up at the sky. "My father would bring many interesting items home. There was this delicious looking box of small crystal blue candies in an ornate metal tin. I picked the lock and ate them." He paused for a few moments as he reached up, plucked a leaf and blew upon it, covering it in frost. "Been frozen ever since." He tapped the crystal upon his staff and chuckled. "Though my actual semblance manifested afterwards, the control and ability to effect that around me intensified greatly." He lifted the staff, spun it around in hand and shouldered it afterwards. "This amplifies my power and range, and I guess I could beat someone over the head with it." He laughed as he tapped his shoulder.

"Jack Frost hmm? Well if by definition... it'd be John Ice, actually but I appreciate the attempt." Johann chuckled as he started walking alongside Iris, though he did keep his distance just a bit incase she tried to end him in some manner. However as they neared the waterfall he peered over it as well, thinking for a few moments before speaking. "I could freeze the waterfall in a manner which we could climb..." He glanced up however, stopping mid sentence to stare up at the sky, having noticed a slight shadow moving near his feet. He said as he narrowed his eyes at the figure being obscured by the sun. "However... we may have company... in a moment."
