He seemed to not hear the Warforged, sliding along, and back into the inn, where he slipped up the stairs, and into the man Bourne has bruised and beaten before, who yelled out and scrambled to get out of the way. Ed just ignores him, moving into his room, flopping onto the bed.

Battle Unit walked up to Edwynn's inn room door. Knocking on it. "Edwynn. Are you in there?"

Edwynn had put on his dress uniform, yet could not mask his sorrow. He is slumped on the edge of his bed, "Yes, Sir.." He glances up at the door, his eyes dull.

Battle Unit looked down at him. Seeing the gloom in his eyes. "Do you wish to accompany me to the party? Or do you wish to stay here... by the look in your eye, I would guess you would not like to come."

He nods, slipping past the Warforged, and walking down the steps, "It would be improper for me to not be there, Sir.."

He nodded. "You are right. Let us go now." He headed up to the castle with Edwynn. When they arrived the guards stopped them. "What is a warforged doing at this party?" Battle Unit pointed at one of his badges. "Do you know what this means?" The guard thought he was asking a serious question. "That is the crest of a commander...." The guard realized he fumbled into a delicate situation. The battle unit stepped in front of him. Towering above him. "Then I suggest you let us pass..." The guards unlock the door. Battle unit enters into the manor where the rest of the captains and commanders are. "Here you are... now don't do anything stupid ok? Don't talk down to anyone, don't yell, don't intimidate. We are here to have 'Fun'. ok?"

A tall person wearing a hooded robe passed by the pair, accidentally stepped on Edwynn's foot but kept walking unawares. "Such a boring party, I don't really care for all the talk of politics," the hooded man mumbled to himself, a light clicking noise can be heard as he walks off towards a random group of official looking people.

Battle Unit watched the hooded man walk away from them. "Odd, I wasn't aware hoods were allowed at this party." He looked down to edwynn. "Remember, be careful." He began to walk about to the other commanders and begin discussions with them.
