I have a vampyre as well, I did not know they hung around you humans so much. He says they like your energy. This is true I sense?

I don't know if it's possible...but here I feel at home. In the same regard..in a way I feel so alone. I live in this world..the real world..but at the same time...in a world that I have the barest grasp on. My boyfriend is a rare gem amongst many...he's a medium and apparently I'm the one that most spirits want to talk to...that's the main way I talk to spirits...or as I've come to know...they like being called Entities. There are so many types...from all walks of life it's crazy. There is another way that they contact me...I don't know if anybody has experienced this...it's like a very high whine...like a frequency that lasts anywhere from a few seconds to the longest 3 minutes. (It's been explained to me by a Celestial that what I hear is what my mind can grasp of white noise which he further explained as the dead speaking) Whenever I hear it's usually Shadow and to me these frequencies appear as a picture-thought in my head...like representations of what they're saying.. Stacia calls him my spirit guide..what/who is is a spirit that freaked me out the first time I saw him but have now come to accept him. He has a human shape but so far only my mom has seen him. To me he appears as a flowing black cloak...he always hung out in three..technically four..areas of my room. He's very adamant about protecting me and mine, and a practical joker. ..I apologize if I'm scattered...I think in pictures and have a hard time deciphering them into words. I've lost what I'm saying so..if anybody has questions I'll do my best to answer..and again I apologize for being so scattered.

Continuing the Insanity -Kiti- Don't worry about feeling scattered, when you're thrown into like you've been scattered is only natural. Spirit writing/automatic writing or a pendulum will help you with Shadow. I may be off, but I have a strong sense he has something very important to say. I do get the high pitched frequencies, like my ears start ringing for no reason and it increases then it just stops. Usually afterwards it's followed by chills.

I get the feeling he has something to say too..but the thing that sucks about him being a frenchman is that when he's nervous or worried about me..it takes him several tries to get through. Although earlier he showed my boyfriend a spectacular light display..he made me glow all white xD Sadly it gave my boyfriend a nosebleed =. He's been sticking close by now for about a week...I don't know if it's because there's been a recent death in my family or if he's as stubborn as I am in getting through what he needs to say.

He might also be excited knowing you've connected with a group of people to talk to. He may also sense sorrow so he's at your side to comfort.

I tried using a pendulum while on the phone with Liane a couple minutes ago.
It was quite sucessful.
I asked if it would do spirit writing with me but it said no.
I then asked if it would try spirit writing with me if she hung up and it said yes.
So I'm about to try now but one question,
are there any requirements besides pen and paper and an open mind?
Like would I need to dim the room, have everything quiet and etc?

I have been researching up on this and I think I'm going to be much comfortable with spirit writing (automatic writing). I went onto a website and came across a video showing one way to communicate with spirits and then I felt a tingle in my left hand between my pointer and thumb, so I immediately eit out. What did this mean? XD
