for my brigade its weird because we are so small so alot of people pull double duty until someone else is trained well enough. right now i am a 2LT serving as the bde XO and the CO and the Safety Officer when no one else can. its a handful sweatdrop

Currently I am the Commanding Oficer of my unit and Unarmed drill cdr... because i come up with the unarmed fancy rutine.

Im on the Chain of Commands as Supply PO1 (petty officer 1st class)
I have one of the most important jobs. Im in supply. Im the only sophomore supply who is a PO1. I think thats pretty good. If it wasnt for supply, no one would have their uniforms and their would be no order in the supply room. Everything would be disasterous!!! gonk

well for me I'm the Battalion Command Sergeant Major in my school for JROTC I'm in that position for two years now I'M thinking I'm pulling a third.

im a let 3 and Alpha Company CO. (C/Capt.)
im also the Exhibition Commander on Drill Team.

I honestly think the line between Battalion XO and Commander is very thin. Last year our XO did everything and we saw our commanders at maybe to events. This year it is the opposite, our Commander is doing everything and I don't even know if we have and XO because I haven't seen his/her face.
Anyway, (looks at ground) I am a lowly squad leader. But it is only the beginning of the year, I am arguably the best squad leader and my platoon Sarg keeps screwing up. Do I smell a promotion?

Battalion S-3 NCOIC, once I take the OIC position I'll be a Cadet Major and the second highest rank in the battalion (hierarchy wise however the XO, also a Major, will still have superiority.)
