the way i got it was kinda weird...... ok heres how it goes:

one day jesse (thats me) was looking for a copy of star ocean to give to his bro. and al of a sudden... i said ouch cuz sum dude hit me in the back of the head with a snow ball, and a few minuts later this bum asks me for a couple dollars (hell did i know he was an employee to tri-ace) and i gave him about $6-7 and he handed me a brand-new S.O. so i was happy

Here's my story!

One day back in late September or early October, I was at EB Games once again "drooling" over games, seeing what to spend my money (the little amount there ever is) on. Star Ocean's shiny cover caught my eye. It was $50, though, so I couldn't get it and I was sad xp . I told my daddy I wanted it, but he wouldn't get it for me because it was $50. So... I pouted. A couple of weeks later (only about a week before my birthday), my parents asked me if I wanted a War Machines starter kit (for at that time, I was addicted to War Machines) or Star Ocean (Haha. They're the same price xd ). Of course, I said Star Ocean because my dad and I hadn't gone to play War Machines in a few weeks (which is sad... We haven't gone since September. I lurve that game! crying ). So.... They said they'd get it for me. Then... On my birthday (October 20th for those who wish to know ^^) from 7:00 - 8:30 at night, my daddy and I were at a church meeting. My dad was being a slow piece of butt, and kept talking to everybody (Which is amazing, 'cause he never talks to very many people. I think he was doing it to annoy me....). I knew that he hadn't bought Star Ocean for me yet, 'cause he'd told me, and I wanted it ON MY BIRTHDAY! O_O!!! So... I finally managed to drag him out the door, and we got to EB Games at 1 minute to 9 ( xp It closes at 9 ). Of course, the cashiers love me because I go there all the time (mostly to drool... I rarely have money... whee They even let me return a game simply because I didn't like it, which they're not supposed to do. Yeah... They lurve me. Anyway... Back to the story.) So... They were about to close up, but they let me and my dad in to get Star Ocean. Then my dad took me home. I was going to immediately get on the PS2 and play my new game (Of course! What else do you do when you get a new game!?), but my dad beat me to the TV and watched Law and Order. The stupid piece of meanie! stare I had to wait until 10 to play my game... It was a school night, too, so I couldn't stay up through all hours of the night to play! I think I got to the escape station thingy before I had to go to bed at about 11....
