Sinnara stumbled some, in her blind rush to make it to the battlefield, but kept going, coming closer, and yet still seeming further away than she wanted to admit.
"Good going, mother..."
Lyrandis' form halved, becoming as two translucent copies of himself, to either side, as the darkness pushed between them, both raising a hand to Eri, each firing a beam as wide as he was out in front of her, then moving it across and through her, the blast force enough to de-stabilize a standing building.
"...I think you were mistaken, originally. You are not so true. You are but a hate-filled copy. Rest in peace, since you never could before."
The split Lyrandis merged again, putting hands together in front of him, not only releasing a dozen soul-arcs from behind him, but also a colossus of a beam to the front.

Arannis pulled himself up, but not in enough time as Terra's blade came up into his throat by momentum, managing only one last blast of darkness before he fell over her, quite dead.

In a blinding wave of darkness, Eri's form crumbled and disintegrated until it was only a fine dust in the wind.

Terra pushed the lifeless form off of her, cringing from the effort. She scanned the nearby scenery for Lyrandis, relaxing only when she saw him.
Ira was not ready to let down his guard yet, but kept very still as though expecting something else.

The resounding wave from Eri toppled Lyrandis over onto his back, just as a slight vibration from the blade at his side caught his attention.
"It seems that Sinnara found her way back..."
He stood up slowly, and staggered over to Terra.

Terra risked a smile at her brother and stepped forward to meet him.
"Heh, that wasn't so bad..."

(And at about this point, I don't care if people find out that I'm Derahci, because I hate having to re-log on all the time o.o two browsers, only, though. Bleh, to all those just idly reading.)
"Oh, no you don't, Eri!"
Siranae's voice sounded on the wind, as suddenly she appeared, hovering over the twins by a sizeable measure. The remnants of darkness from the fallen Eri and Arannis formed into a pair of spheres as tall as either of them had been, coming together and merging into Siranae's form, herself suddenly radiating immense amounts of darkness.
"So, children... you have passed my test. Now, I present to you a challenge. This set of realms; Mortalis, as you call it... I hold the power necessary to crush it into darkness at any given time, even from Alternus. You are given a choice, then. I have seen your performance, and while I am impressed, you would stand exactly no chance in my origins. However, either you stay, and watch as your worlds flood in darkness, undoing everything your parents strove for, or you give yourselves in sacrifice to a greater design. I care nothing for the choice made, only to watch and know later on, *how* I achieve the ultimate victory."
She came down, and stepped back, a rift appearing as she did so, vanishing without a trace.
