Ryouma didn't know what the hell was going on, but relief flooded through him when Celtran lifted his head. He saw the emotions filling Celtran's expression and was a little afraid of the anger he saw in the angelic countenance. He turned his head slightly slower than Celtran, wondering what the other was looking for.
He thought he heard Celtran mumbling something, but didn’t catch what he said. He did, however, manage to catch the next words Celtran spoke, ‘get to the vehicle’, and only shook his head in disagreement. He had a sense of impending doom, knew that Celtran was in trouble; so was he, but he’s never really taken too much care towards his personal safety. Celtran tried speaking again, but was interrupted as they were bull-dozed into…by a huge guy that could easily be a sumo wrestling champion; Were those RED eyes?
Ryouma was beyond scared. He was terrified. Not that he would show such fear to anyone. No, he looked only perhaps a bit surprised, but on the inside he was freaking out. His immediate reaction was to check and see if Celtran was alright, while a part of his attention remained focused on the very terrifying male that looked like he wanted to eat him….and not in the pervy sexual sense. He looked like he very well wanted to roast Ryouma over a fire.
Considering that the male was, in fact a demon and not a human, this idea was very likely. Ryouma had no way of knowing though, as he thought demons and angels were just myths, like dragons and vampires. He didn’t believe that angels or demons were REAL! Until he met Celtran… He(Ryouma), for whatever reason, believed Celtran was an angel, even though Celtran hadn’t outright told him that that was what he was. He noticed how Celtran hadn’t denied it when Ryouma had half-jokingly guessed Celtran was an angel.
Only seconds had passed, though Ryouma felt like it was longer. The man with red eyes charged them again, and Ryouma could only hold tightly to Celtran and hope that the other was alright. He felt like he would be truly lost if something bad were to happen to the taller male.

When they were bowled over, they were knocked clean off their feet. Non surprisingly, as the demon could easily touch a nine foot ceiling. So the demon was huge. And growing. Celtran landed on one knee and hand when they were shoved, obviously for stun impact, and quickly righted himself. Ryouma looked minimally shocked, though his floaty energy decieved all evidence of that, now spiking out from his body in long, jagged spines. The invisible tines pulsed around his little form, shooting of energy like none other. Celtran, in a second before gathering himself for what was to come, had the distinct, loud thought that... Ryouma nearly had as much energy as an ethereal being. From the force and amount of energy that was pouring off his soul-mate human, the young man could very well be an Angel himself. Or a demon, if he strayed from the path.
BUt back to the main problem, say, a Demon. Yes, nearly everything that had been happening had happened in a matter of seconds, by which Celtran's already prepared aura was now shifting into something quite different. Though his did not become sharp and alarming like the dark headed boy beside him, the golden glow was now thick around them, fierce, something that actually and physically seeped through his pours like liquid fire. The demon, having been corrected in his steps a second before either of them, paused only momentarily, obviously deciding that if Celtran was playing his cards, so would he. So, while Celtran's strange white eyes began to glow with Heavenly light, the demon's jowels quivered and his own eyes squinted with Hellfire. The human body began to change, form itself like melting wax into thick, grey skin that covered long and sharp bones like a film of gauze. Claws reached out from now three fingers, nose and jaw lengthened until the face was surely devilish, and a strong aroma of death wafted out from behind heavy fangs.
Celtran stared with luminous eyes, one arm now wrapped securely around Ryouma's shoulders, and lifted his free hand to the sky. Not a second after the sun's light cast its glow down on it did fire begin to form. Fire from his palm. It quickly grew and turned shapely, taking the form of a weapon. A sword of flame.
"You're going to regret this." Celtran said, voice seeming to be two, echoing around the street they were on and reverberating of the walls of alleys. His face had a dark expression across it, beside its heavenly glory, and his chocolate hair swirled around his face like water.
Give me your human." the demon growled through saliva covered jaws. Celtran's face hardened even more.
"Come and get him."
And the demon came.

Ryouma didn't know what was happening. First they got knocked over by a huge guy, then he saw that the guy had RED eyes! And now the guy changed into something not human looking!! Ryouma let a little whimper slip out, terrified and hoping, praying that it was all just a bad nightmare.
He could feel Celtran's arm around him, though, and felt oddly comforted by it. Though he was a bit leery of the blade of flame that seemed to just appear out of nowhere. And Celtran's voice was strange, sounding loud and doubled. Then that... whatever it was.. spoke, demanding Celtran hand over his 'human', which Ryouma could only guess meant him.
He pressed himself closer to Celtran as the other answered the demon. He closed his eyes and waited for the nightmare to end. For Celtran to tell him it was okay. He hated himself for acting all girly and depending on someone, but it was okay in this kind of situation...wasn't it? I mean, this was something beyond human understanding or ability.
He could feel Celtran's muscles, firm and warm, against him where the two touched, and it was comforting to feel the other male's warmth. He oddly felt fine with feeling like the damsel in distress if it was Celtran that was his knight in shining armor. 'Talk about cliche thoughts.' he thought sarcastically to himself.

A heavy, intense aura was gathering around them, thickening the air until it was like silver and gold soup. Though there was nothing tasty about it. With the mixing of two powerful beings, but of such different sides, both awkward energies combined to create an unpleasant, coppery smell in the air that singed skin and made any mortals near cough and gag.
Though Celtran did his best to shield Ryouma from that. However, with an oncoming attack, that might be a little hard. He still wasn't used to this mortal form of his, what with its flesh and pain receptors.
With the warm body against his, Celtran lifted the sword and did a top to bottom slash at the demon's face while it soared through the air, claws first. He wielded the sword with much skill and practice, the flames like another appendage in his hand. The demon screeched in pain, however it hardly softened the demon's drive for the tasty, very energy filled, human, and the thing found its way onto them. Pushing with his sword and arm at its attack, Celtran barely managed to keep standing with the thing thrashing and roaring above them, and let go of Ryouma. He had to.
Rolling his shoulder, he managed to get the demon off himself, though it landed on all four black feet between the human and his angel. "Run!" Celtran yelled, and that was all, because the thing was scurrying as quick as lightning, towards the young male.
"You're mine, human!" the thing drooled, eyes fiery with hunger. It reached out with a gnarled paw and caught Ryouma's leg, but not before the Angel had its tail and was pulling with almighty strength at it. The thing whined only just, but continued to claw with both 'hands' for Ryouma, snarling and gnashing its yellow teeth. ((Wow, this post is shitty. Hell, it's three in the morning, I'm going to bed. Sorry for s**t post.))

Ryouma was coughing and gagging slightly with the stinging coppery smell that Celtran was trying to shield him from. Ryouma watched in horror as the thing came towards them.
Then the thing managed to separate him and Celtran when the other had had to let him go. Ryouma cried out as the thing grabbed his leg, barely registering Celtran's command that he run. He fell backwards as the things hold on him was removed thanks to Celtran grabbing its tail and tugging it back. This caused him to fall onto his butt, eyes wide in terror that was unrestrained behind a stoic mask.
He noticed it was trying to claw its way to him, though Celtran still held it back, and moved backwards as fast as he could, not finding the strength to stand and run like Celtran had told him to. Ryouma's heart was pounding loudly in his ears, adrenaline kicking in at last and he got to his legs, a little shakily, and rather than run as far as possible... Ryouma ran in a wide circle around the thing, which followed his movements with changing his body positioning, to Celtran's side.
He didn't want to leave the security of having Celtran around, even though it seemed like he was only in the way for the taller male. He pressed himself into Celtran's side, giving the male as much energy as he could, though not knowing he was doing so. His energy, now that it was becoming visible in the wake of the angel's visible energy, was a light, peridot green. A few shades lighter than the green in his hair.((I think its a good post! Enough for me to work with any ways..))

Celtran was pulling with great might at the Demon's tail, gritting his teeth and digging his heels in, but suddenly the Demon was coming towards him, and it was a second to know why: Ryouma had run, sure, but the human hadn't escaped. He was running towards HIM. Celtran could have opened his mouth and shouted "NOOOOO!" but Ryouma met his small frame with his and suddenly the Angel's body burned with a power. Not just ethereal power, not an awesome power, but raw, intense, unmatched power, something Heaven or Hell had never seen the likes of.
But without a moment to lose, Celtran let the fire in his palm grow. And grow. He felt his power was insurpassable, infinite. Seeing the demon coming upon them, the angel lifted his arm high into the air and from it broke a column of fire, one that swallowed the screeching and writhing demon until all that was exempt from the pits of hell was a pile of ash.
Without losing a breath, the fire disapperated into thin air and Celtran brough his palm down on the pile of ash, where it too disappeared. Then he righted himself and from there he became more aware of his surroundings. A wave of fire doesn't go unnoticed after all. Hardly missing a beat, he locked Ryouma at his side and started in the direction of the parked car. Surely that energy would have drawn other demons. Or worse, Angels. The last thing he wanted was God's creatures swarming them and taking him back to Heaven.
The energy once apparent in them both was quickly and rapidly leaving either body, replaced by exhaustion and fatigue. "Stay with me, Ryouma." he said quietly as his eyes shot from side to side, scanning the area. No more would he be caught off guard. Never again. But he felt quite tired, something unusual, and wondered if Ryouma could drive them home or not. Deciding against it, he changed their direction and headed to the bus where he remembered getting on before. It wasn't there yet, so he stood with Ryouma still tightly under his arm, thumb stroking the cold spot on his shoulder. There would be quite a bit of explaining to do, he could only assume under the wisest of terms.

Ryouma could feel the fire Celtran was controlling, which seemed to get stronger as he felt more and more tired. He didn't even make a sound as the other male started towards his car, which had somehow miraculously remain untouched in that battle.
Ryouma felt darkness crowding at the edge of his awareness, a darkness caused by the extreme fatigue he felt once the energies they had used drained away their strength. He nodded his head numbly when the words registered in his head, though they sounded far away.
He made only a small squeak when Celtran changed their direction and stopped at one of the many bus-stops in the city. He looked up at Celtran questioningly. He didn;t think there would be any problems with him driving them back to his place...
The hand rubbing his shoulder derailed his train of thoughts easily. He leaned his body into Celtran's firm one, practically slumping and only held up by Celtran's body. So maybe driving home isn't the best idea..' He thought to himself.
His vision dimmed and he slipped out of consciousness against Celtran's warmth. The use of energies was too taxing on him so suddenly. He was unaccustomed to it, and had barely managed to keep himself conscious for as long as he had.((Tee hee.. Now Celtran has to carry Ryou home!! ))

((Bwahaha! I really like this rp, it's fun-fun :3 )) The angel was staring down at a burn mark on the cuff of his button up shirt. It was making him frusterated; your clothing never got burnt in Heaven! What was this? Ah, yes, it was material world clothing, easily damaged. Now he saw. So he turned his eyes on Ryouma. The boy was pale as a summer cloud.
Stay with me, Ryouma..." he soothed, but the human couldn't, and faded into a heavy sleep, his legs buckling under him. Celtran caught under his arms and brought the younger male back up. Oh no, the human was out of energy. This couldn't be good. How much had Ryouma given up? Well, that all depended on how much he had, which was presently quite a lost case with the angel. Ryouma's display of such power....
It could mean several things: One being that this human could very well be the most powerful being on earth. It could also have sent off warning bells to Heaven, who monitored such things, and alerted the wrong people. Celtran was surprised they weren't being swarmed with Angels and Demons right this minute, all hungry for the energy. This thought made him look around again. Where was this bus?! He needed to get Ryouma home so he could sleep his fatigue off for a couple days. Celtran would have to call him in sick (however one might do that, he still did not know).
Alas, the bus FINALLY showed and Celtran lifted Ryouma into his arms to take him on. The driver, who knew them both now, frowned. "[Is he alright?]"
"[Tired. Long day.]" Was all Celtran said in reply, which was true enough. A total understatement, but still. The bus started up and they went along the route, Celtran sitting in the back seats with the boy resting half in, half out of his lap. His hand gently stroked the handsome bluish-green hair and touched the smooth face beneath it caringly. A brave human, Ryouma. Celtran felt his golden heart yearning for the amber eyes to open and be awake again.
The cool voice of the driver told Celtran at least an hour later that they were nearly home. Now all he had to do was walk. After exiting the bus, Celtran straighted with Ryouma cupped in his arms, held securely to his chest. He shouldn't fly, not with people possibly watching. So he carried the boy home. However, the lock was the problem. If Angels could curse God, he would have.
So, in the end, he had to fly, though a short rocket straight up through the air didn't really qualify as a good flight. They landed through the upper windows in the guest room, which Celtran had left open, and he quickly took Ryouma to his room, where he laid him on the bed. After getting a cool towellete and placing it on the other's forehead, only then did the angel feel the actual tire of his own working. But he couldn't sleep, not if Ryouma would be on his own for it.
So, rising in the air with hardly a half a beat of his wings, Celtran found perch in one of the high window's sills and watched over the sleeping form below like the true Guardian Angel he was.

((Yes, it is.... very very fun-fun lol)) Ryouma had heard Celtran saying to stay with him, but despite wanting to obey that voice, he couldn't. He faintly felt himself falling and being caught, as he was swimming in the darkness of unconsciousness. He vaguely was amazed the other could hold him, as his limbs felt like two-ton bricks.
Ryouma, still fully and deeply unconscious, felt Celtran's touches, and instinctively leaned into them. Next thing he was semi-aware of was being laid down on his bed, which currently felt incredibly comfortable to him. He also felt the cool moisture of the little towel on his forehead.
He could also feel his stomach complaining about being empty...it was an annoying sensation that he couldn't do anything about while his arms, legs and even eyelids felt like lead weights...((I almost want to make Ryou-chan a half-angel.....))

For hours and hours it was that Celtran settled in the window, watching intently over the sleeping being and gathering his thoughts. Some of the like included: How he might explain all of this to Ryouma; his wayward feelings for the man that seemed to be growing with each minute; the power that the latter had.
First thing, the explaining he really didn't have a plan for. He'd just have to go with the flow, like always, and hope that he could put information out there to the human that wouldn't scare him half to death, lead him in the wrong direction, or make him so curious that he might ask Celtran the secret to life - which he knew. All could be dangerous prospects.
Next on the line of fire was his feelings. Now, as a being that spent the last couple thousand years doing the same thing every day with the same angels, there would always have to be some confusion with what he felt at the time. But Ryouma was his human, his other half, his soul mate. How could he not love him? He truly did, in the deepest way, Celtran loved Ryouma. But then of course, Ryouma had a life, he would most likely marry and pass on a couple children before living his life out while Celtran continued to watch over him and make sure he stayed to the Path and didn't wander. However, with these even stranger emotions toward him, and even the hormonal signs received, Celtran knew there was something he was missing.
Thirdly, the most concerning, was the act in which Ryouma brought every power seen before him to shame. He'd outweighed angelic power by hundreds, shot up the graphs until not even Heaven could expand enough to cover it. Celtran couldn't forget the feeling it gave him, like every molecule in his body was alight with a fire, one that could crush mountains and cause climactic change in whatever he pleased. If only he was so selfish. No, Celtran was actually more worried. Only such a great power could bring other beings like him. Surely Heaven could not ignore such a thing, and no doubt they'd be sending something or someone along to vanquish whatever threat they deemed necessary.
So Ryouma was not safe. Not at all. From demons or the opposite. The human was catastrophic in power, though gentle in knowing. Without proper knowledge the boy could be lost, even kill himself without meaning to. But then again, knowledge could drive him to Evil, which was worse.
Muddled with so many of these thoughts and more, Celtran rubbed his eyes, the sky outside having faded from a rusty orange to a purple-blue. It was dark not long after and Ryouma had still not awaken. It didn't surprise the Angel: the boy had used a lot of power.
So, time marched on and the angel still had not moved. Nor had his counterpart. At long last, Celtran felt he should find something for the boy to eat for surely he'd need nutrients after such work. Though reluctant to leave him, Celtran eventually went downstairs to prepare something for him to eat (not American).
((Well, in a sense he is. With he and Celtran together, they both get powers they never knew they had))

((I mean having his mother as some kind of High-level Angel that did the same as Celtran and was Ryouma's fathers guardian angel... So that's what I will do ^-^)) For a while he was floating in darkness, then a light came closer. Suddenly he found himself in a room in their old house in America. A woman was sitting at the writing desk and though her face was shadowed, he knew it was his mother. Her hair was the same unusual green-black shade as his.
She motioned to the chair next to her and he sat without hesitation. He looked up at her face and smiled in a way he hadn't since he was young. She had died when he was five, so he couldn't remember her well.
"My little Ryouma. How you have grown." Her voice was just as he remembered. He felt love swelling in his chest, the love of his mother. "It seems you have been found by your Angel. I am so happy for you!" She reached over and hugged him, which he allowed without hesitance.
"Do you mean Celtran-san really is an angel?" He asked, feeling like a little kid once more in his mothers presence. She chuckled and nodded,
"Yes. He is your guardian angel. You are his other half, his soul-mate. For you he has left heaven. As I did for your father more than twenty years ago." At this Ryouma pulled away to look at her, disbelief in his eyes at her statement that she was an angel.
Noticing the look, his mother stood and turned so that she faced him. Then, she held out her arms as though to hug him, and six wings spread from between her shoulder blades, showing that she was one of the highest class of angel.
Her wings were turned black, because she had left heaven and defied God. It was a fate that all angels would suffer for defying the will of God. "My sweet angel, you have powers that no human can possess. You have a great amount of energy in your body, energy that you used to assist your Angel."
Ryouma nodded his head numbly, believing his mothers words. "That being that attacked you, the demon, sensed your powers which slept within you. Now you must learn to control them, for Heaven will not allow one such as yourself to exist. Do not lose your humanity. Do not stray to Evil."
He felt scared once more. His mother was warning him that Angels AND demons would be after him; Could anyone not be afraid with that kind of news? He nodded once more when she told him not to fall into evil.
Outside his dream, Ryouma was lightly glowing with surpressed angelic power. He mumbled 'Mother' a few times, and made small twitches, but remained asleep as he talked with his mother.
"How are you here, Hahaoya?" He asked, since she had died fourteen years ago.
"I placed within you, and your brother, a small piece of my power. So that I could speak with you both once more. But only if you were to tap into your powers. Your brother has yet to do so... for which I am thankful. I had wished that neither of you would need to know of these powers and would be able to live normal lives." She smiled sadly as she sat back down.
"Our time grows short. You have recovered most of your powers, but will need to eat something when you wake." She hugged him once more, starting to fade as the last trace of her power was used up. "I am so proud of you. Your father is as well." Were her last words before she vanished completely and he opened his olive-gold eyes once more.

((OOOH, you should make Ryouma's brother find his powers but stray to evil with them because a demon found him OoO )) "Ryouma." Came a silky voice, recognizable as Celtran's, though smoother than usual. When Ryouma's eyes opened wide after his premonition, Celtran was standing at the end of his bed, glowing like a solar sun. It would seem Ryouma was as well. Both looked like a pair of lightbulbs, beings made of fire in the darkened room with its drawn curtains.
The Angel looked surprised, even the whites of his eyes alive with the golden glow. The connection between them was far more powerful than ever before, nearly cementing them together, which is what had brought him upstairs. He'd been preparing food when the calling came to him and his skin began to brighten, all his power coming out without his permission. And now it was to see why. Somehow, some way, Ryouma had opened the barrier between them, the connection now entire. Somehow in his sleep the young man had broken God's chains and finally brought them together.
Still standing where he was, each starign into the others eyes as the energy filled the room like a tank and they were swallowed by it. Wordlessly, Celtran came around the side of the bed and reached his hand out for Ryouma's, face blank and yet filled with love for the Japanese boy.
"Come," he said, all his used energy returning in a millisecond, and he felt awake once more. Very immortal. And very powerful. "You must stand. Come, Ryouma." Taking the others hand, he helped him off the bed and to his feet, where he continued to hold his hand and gaze deeply down at him. "You see it now, don't you? You see God's light?" Then there was nothing to hold back.
Shaking his shoulders, Celtran unfurled his wings, the things tearing through his shirt and reaching outward before coming to nestle around them. Both white and black feathers floated through the air, working loose with his lack of letting them free, and rested on the floor at their feet, as light as air. "Echizen Ryouma, I am your Guardian Angel, the fourteenth to the Divine Creater and forever yours. Do you accept me?"

Ryouma sat up in bed, looking at Celtran and seeing the other glowing. He noticed he was also glowing with a similar light. He looked just as surprised as Celtran, though he didn‘t question his sanity since his mother had told him what was true. He placed his small hand into Celtran‘s and let the other pull him to his feet. He noticed that he really did feel better, though he was hungry…
Ryouma nodded at Celtran‘s question about seeing God‘s light. He watched fascinated as Celtran did the same as his mother had and revealed a pair of wings that were already turning black for his sin of disobeying God. He held out a hand to catch one of the black feathers. It had Celtran‘s power winthin it. He looked up when Celtran spoke again. His heart swelled with joy and something else when Celtran said that he was forever Ryouma‘s.
”With all my heart and soul.” He replied, the answer pulled forth from within his very being. He didn‘t know what would happen now, and his expression reflected that. ”Ano… Celtran… my mother. She was an angel with…” He spoke softly, quietly, hesitantly, ”with six wings….they were pitch black..”
He looked back up at Celtran, not noticing when he‘d lowered his head in the first place. ”What do six wings mean?” He asked in innocent curiosity.((I wasn't really planning on his brother being involved in any way other than being mentioned a few times..))

The angel felt himself glow brighter with Ryouma's acceptance of him, and he knew now that the hard part was coming. Ryouma knew now, which he didn't know if it was wise for him to, but that only mean the younger would have to feel the worst. Training. He knew that in the near future, Ryouma would have to be getting quite close with him.
But then he spoke about his mother, something not all to familiar to Celtran, but he was more surprised by what the other told him of his mother. An angel? Well that would explain things, but... wait. "Six wings?" he asked as every bell in his head went off. Yes, he knew angels with six wings, the High Archangels had those. And only them. It was Celtran's hope at one point in his time to become one of these, but he knew that even being the 14th made angel for God could not get him there. Not unless he was blessed, which he didn't see happening at this point.
"Six wings..." Celtran said after a moment. "Is a sign of an Archangel." he said. "There are six of them. Each stand at God's sides, three females, three males. If what you say is true, Ryouma," which he knew it was. "Then your mother... was one of the highest angels in all of heaven. Which makes you..." Things were starting to make sense, come together. But this meant only worse. God was going to send the Warrior Angels after them. His own kind, now they were going to come and find them. Drag him back, wipe Ryouma from the face of the earth, from the world's mind. And if they knew how much power Ryouma had, which they most likely did, they would send the Covenant of Archangels. To make sure, at all costs, that he and Ryouma did not connect and combine their powers.... He had to prepare the boy as soon as possible. "Ryouma, you cannot go to work tomorrow. I am sorry, but this is far greater in importance. Come, you need to eat. Tonight....Tonight we need to begin training you."

Ryouma sat in shock when Celtran told him that his mother was an Archangel, one of the highest Angels in heaven. That she had stood at God's side. Ryouma pulled his knees up and wrapped his arms around them like he used to when he was a child.
He couldn't tell what Celtran was thinking about, but the atmosphere surrounding the pair was fairly depressing and heavy. He could also sense the energy that swirled around and between them; it was full of the sense of doom fast approaching.
He looked up sharply at Celtran when he said Ryouma couldn't go to work tomorrow and was about to protest, but the look in the others voice and the tone of his voice stopped his words from passing his lips.
He mutely nodded. When Celtran mentioned eating, Ryouma's stomach decided to pitch in its two-cents. A grumble filled the room and Ryouma's face heated in embarrassment. He lowered his head and stood with the help of Celtran's offered hand.
He followed his guardian Angel to where he'd prepared a breakfast for Ryouma and himself. He wondered what the training would include, but his mother had said he needed to train to control his power.
Ryouma felt himself drool at the spread and his stomach made appreciative groans telling him to hurry and start eating. His face heated up even more.
