we can reveal what he thinks the mission is about. maybe give some more background to him. also give everyone the gist of his weaponry and inventory, as well as who else is under his command of vice versa - who he has to report to.

That'd be a good idea. If any characters come up in his background, now might be a good idea to mention them.

not to mention if there are any connections to events that connect to other characters. that way we can string it over on another phase if we have to.

maybe insight his past - to what he was taught in not liking coordinators
maybe why he signed up in the OR military?
oh! and you can show how uncomfortable he is around girls, as you mentioned in your profile ^^"

yeah, maybe incorporate that type of character that appears uncaring, but is just uncomfortable in the situation?

If Daniel doesn't like Coordinators...then why isn't he with EA??? Maybe that can be explained as well...pls.

well i dont think we need another coordinator-hater; if the EA is already chalk-full of them then what is the point of putting a guy in "neutral" territory on a side?
he did mention in the previous phase that he was taught to "dislike" coordinators and that made him uncomfortable with them. i guess he doesn't really hate them though...but it does give him an interesting background. you can still explain why he doesn't like being around coordinators though kira =)

sounds like a good idea lacus. i'd say we should go with something like that. but i also think we should follow up on mishu's suggestion to explain it. we do want to know more about his background anyways and thats like one of the key things that shaped his thoughts about war.

Maybe he understands that it was discrimination, but because he was brought up to hate Coordinators, it's not like he can't see one and not think of everything he's ever been told. He knows that it's wrong for him to prejudice against people like that, but I think that even with regular people, when they're brought up like that from childhood, it leaves some sort of imprint on a person's thought pattern.
