Armen Kharas I came to reading DragonLance through my fiance... she had spoken of these novels she had read in highschool... the chronicles... and that she wouldn't mind reading them so I searched around and after a couple weeks I finally found them but by this time she had started studying Wicca. Now after going through all this searching and being heavy into fantasy... I decided it would be a waste to just do nothing with them. At the time I could count on one hand how many books I had read volentarily so I picked up the first and I finished it that night... I was hooked...that was 8 months ago now I read 4 to 6 novel a month and I own 54 of the 140 some odd books... I'll finish one to pick up another right away You read the whole first book in one night? Cool. So did I. 'tis fun. 3nodding

I was very bored while my class was in the school library learning how to use the online databases. I randomly looked at the shelf below the projector screen thingy and saw the dragonlance books mrgreen . Next time I went there I took the first one and quickly read the others after that.

Well I used to play D&D all the time and the dude who was our DM had all these books and asked me if I liked to read. Hell that was back in like '89, and I've been hooked on fantasy ever since.

I was in a book store looking at random books and I saw The Soulforge. It was awesome so i had to read more.

I was in middle school and wanted something to read. I went to the library nearly everyday and did so in high school. So I came across Dragons of Autumn Twilight, was bored and read it, then read Winter, but couldn't find Spring at my school's library so I didn't read that until I finally got to the library and remembered to look for it. Now I think I have more Dragonlance books than my library does lol.

I was in a trip to an academic competition with other high schools 4 years ago. And after we finished the first 2 tests I went to the borders and I found Dragons of a fallen sun there. I wanted to read something b/c I was bored so I bought it. I've never regretted that decision. That was the first book I read willingly.

My parents all or most of them, so I was bound to find them eventually.
(I first tried them out when i was four, but I couldnt read, so I didnt try again untill I was six...)
Ive kinda been reading them on and off for the past 9 years...(Ive read through the Chronicles five times, the war of souls three times, summer flame three times, and other various books one or two times.)

I was looking for a new fantasy series to read and saw a series I never heard of before, Dragonlance. I picked up "Dragons of Autumn Twilight". I wasn't all that impressed by the way the story was told on the back of the book, but I figured why not, worst thing that can happen is I'd lose $8.
I loved it. The story was great and funny. Since then, I've read over 40 Dragonlance books, including some I had to buy on eBay that were no longer in print. I'm still looking for more, and can't wait for "Dragons of the Hourglass Mage" to come in paperback. I'm not a fan of hardcover. My bag is full enough.
