Thakisis(sp?) is played by the same person as jake spidermonkey from my gym partner is a monkey and tas is chase young from xiaolin showdown(sp?) and best of all Raist is jack bower from 24 o.o omg. I knew Raist was Jack Bower, and I know Tas was Chase Young, but Takhesis as Jake Spidermonkey? Scary...I didn't know Takhesis had a monkey form, along with her 5 headed-dragon, sexy lady, and warrior. The monkey kinda seems out of place... rofl

lol...
Its common pratice in voice acting to have women do young male roles... so it wouldn't surprise me to see Takhesis in a guy role... monkey or not. Besides... monkeys... humans... its probably all the same to here... DINNER!

Honestly... the thought of a Dragonlance movie scares me. Mostly because I know it will never be like what I picture when I read the books. Also, because Keifer Sutherland? Wtf! Hopefully he does a better job than I expect him to. I'm also a little sad that it's a cartoon. I mean, I can understand why it might need to be, but... why couldn't someone awesome have picked it up and made amazing movies out of it as Peter Jackson did with LotR? ;___;

Not to mention that Dragonlance isn't quite as popular as LOTR was when the movies were made. (There are several animated versions of both the Hobbit and LOTR before it became Live Action) As for the Kiefer Sutherland crack... Are you familiar with this actor and/or his work. He's amazing and would do wonderful as Raistlin. In fact he's probably the ONLY actor on the cast I'm not worried about screwing up his character. I found a site that said he was maticulous when it came to the character and did extensive research to find out ALL he could on the character and how to pronounce the spells and all. (you are in fact one of very few who don't like that choice.) I could even see Kiefer Sutherland as a Live Action version of Raist.

Kiefer Sutherland is one of the better choices... but we best not get me into THAT rant again. I often wonder how producers come up with their casts for these things and can go on forever about it.

Yeah. I think Kiefer Sutherland will do a pretty good job too. Raistlin is a part I wouldn't trust to very many people...

I need the director's name(s) and producers and everyone involved, so I know who to chop up and feed to gully dwarves if they screw up Tas. NObody will kill my favorite kender.

not happy. the way it's going so far it will turn out to be a cheesey commercialized film with cutesy backdrops. it will be a kiddy film. it is so irritating to know that my lifelong dream will be relized to utter failure.

Only the Lord knows what may happen. Maybe one day it'll turn out like LOTR, a great movie that unfortunately takes away some of the best parts from the book (like all movies based off books do). Still, I could deal with that.

they have it up on Internet mivie Database http://imdb.com/title/tt0825245/ I hope they don't ruin it. it says voice next to the actors, so i hope the cg or cartoon stuff isn't really cheap and fake looking. And they better get the characters right.
