well... having finally had a chance to read all of this... being so behind with guilds not working and all... ok. that just really burnt my cookies... so, i looked in our yellow pages for the federal government agencies... so far i got the following departments and names for them who can start going after this b*****d for all of his neglect...
1. Child abuse and neglect, national
general information... 877-422-4453 and ask to speak to a counselor
2. Justice for Children [which i got from calling the hotline above. they said you have to call yourself cuz i lack way too much info to really get any good advise]
1800 - 733-0059
that's it for now... i'm about to call the FBI and talk to them and see what they think.... and then i'm gonna call the general information at supreme court...
hmm... guys.. some of us should solicit help from places like oprah or major national news shows... like ABC tonight and the like...

well... i called the local FBI office here and talked to someone there. He told me pretty much there's nothing they can legally do because the situation hasn't reached a federal level. He says she might be able to get involved with the Florida courts and their FBI unit there and possibly get something started... but the as for hte FBI.. they can't really do anything. i'm going to continue to call around and find out if there is a federal department of human services that can go look at that department of HS there in Iowa.

Omigod. I hadn't had a chance to check this since the guilds were down.... all I can do right now is spout explitives and wonder how the hell this happened. Uni, if you can see any of the information posted while down, it was good stuff.
You're in my thoughts and I hope this turns out for the best....that and you have somewhere to go. T____T

Here is a quick update. I'm at a truck stop in the middle of Georgia. My truck 's engine had a meltdown in the middle of Tampa, I was stranded there at a garage and a red cross shelter for 4 days. I finally got a drivable rental truck. Mycell phone has the locator on it turned off, so they can't trace me that way. Im in the process of trying to take them back. My lawyer did nothing for me at all. He did more against me then for me. Mykids don't want to go back. It is so bad that my 10 yr old is suffering from irritable bowlel syndrom

I am glad to hear from you, but I am sorry it's not happy news.

I'm not sure what I can do, but I know that without a doubt anything I can, I will. I have contacts who can help with CPS and whatnot, and I am... rather persuasive myself. I also am perfectly capable of getting anywhere I need to go, if you need help. I wont' call, because I'm afraid you wouldn't know me. But, if you need anything, please let me know.

Hopefully, with all the help given from other members, you can find a way in which to play the legal system against itself. I agree with Graceangel, that I'm praying for you. Not much I can do other than that here in Oklahoma. Unfortunately, the only lawyers I know are in TN and would not be able to help you much more than the one you had already contacted there. Your best bet would be FL, but you are already out of there. I really don't know what to tell you. I all I can say is that I love you and your kids. Just remember that you are constantly in the minds of several of us.

I have tried sending messages from msn to Uni's phone but I don't know if they got through. I'm glad she was able to get online to give us an update. I just wish it was better news.
