Now there's a discussion. Why is the guild being killed? I can explain that one. No one posts, and those who post don't make much to comment on. I think it's everyone's fault and I think everyone should try to write more than just, "I reply in almost every topic." (Sorry for picking on you.) You could write instead, "I reply in almost every topic. Why don't you?" Or something similar to that. It would pose a question that needed to be answered causing people to actually post.
It could also be related to the topics we choose. Simple stupid questions that don't require many posts to suck the life out of them seem to be the main topics we make. I'm going to guess why this fourm was created. Did anyone else notice how many random spam posts show up everywhere? Originally the Capt. and I were working on making those threads go back on topic and deleting the random comments, but it was too much.
The RP sub-topic was created for similar reasons. Not just the enjoyment of RP-ing, but so the guild would live and perhaps attract new members or get old members to post. I'm willing to even add RPG-ing lessons if it would help the threads there any...
So, I congratulate and frown at Trip as I do the rest of the usual posters. Post more, but post more interesting and on topic. Keep the guild alive.

Well now I will try my best to make all of my posts worth being posted. If my post doesn't desevre to be posted, I'll post it anyways, in the chatter box. *shivers at thought of going there* So now I ask all of you to try to take this same oath.

Thank you for your concern to the guild. Rather than the Chatterbox, just go to our guild's spam thread. It needs love too. XD I think based on my rant there, it's known I'm trying...

For your post, Chii-chan, you're my idol. XD That was seriously what needed to be said and I hope the guild as a whole will listen. I've seen there was a cleanout of members and now a general cleanout of spam, so I'm hoping that this means the guild will be taking steps towards improvement. I feel I can say it now, the guild had hit rock bottom and was disorganized, but thanks to this "Summer Cleanout" project the staff took on, I see a hell of a lot of improvement. Contests (I hope) will also go under some changes and start to thrive. Who knows, maybe they can even attract some new members.

I think we should make a clear set of rules on what is and is not allowed to be posted and make some kind of advertisement to attract new members.

The rules are pretty vague, ne? They were written last year though when we weren't concerned. There is an AD thread in fact. Here. Not many people probably care though. We need to find people, then force 'em to come. XD

I've been trying to post in our thread advertising for the guild to keep it alive and I've been recommending it to people looking for a good guild.
