I might end up putting Suzume in here if I'm able to work on the Kumo part of the storyline at all. There's a good deal that I want to do in here, and most of it is dependent on whether or not I can make it all flow together.
But those two missing scientists in Kumo are important.
I may not write the Itachi/Sasuke fight out for two reasons, one, we know how it happens. That's not going to change, and two, the important parts of it aren't the fight itself, but what happens directly afterwards.

Yeah, lethargy works too.
So Shane and his little Eidolon both turn into assholes while his evil nephew steals his husband, and his seemingly emotionless friend Selter turns into being an assassin for a dangerous man-made demon created by his late brother.
All the while Phoenix will have no midwife because Odin (the midwife) will be getting raped by his big brother.
Sounds like a party.

@ Shane: I was also going to have Odin discover the corruption pretty early on (Phoe's feather is a hint at how), but because he really loves Saisei, keep quiet and try and figure out some way to heal him. There's going to be a lot of fun going on right there.
And THEN once Saisei realizes that he's being corrupted, he curls into a fetal position for a couple of hundred years while Odin's STILL trying to save him.
And Phoe's been seeing human doctors, I think she'll be fine.
@ Yuko: Unfortunately, yes. But maybe not as crazy as he is canon.

And FUUUUU- In "Dance in the Dark" I stated that Rotto was made from Selter's despair.
I guess this means John made Selter for the purpose of making Rotto.
That changes things a bit.

Not as much as you think though. AND THAT'S WHY WE SCRAPPED THE AEON/EIDOLON FOR HIM! I REMEMBER NOW! Your plot idea will still work though, Selter could have somehow attached himself to Shane back when he was created. John could have wanted Shane to be reminded that he's supposed to be in the dark or something like that.

By then all of our characters will be deceased.
Except for maybe Selter. Since he can just kill a few people and renew himself.
But yeah. The rest of us. Dead.
And hmm, alright. I guess that'll be in'trestin'.
I love character development, don't you? cool
Especially when it means I get to wear that smexy Shrouded Outit from TES.
I needa draw that s**t.

Well, maybe not hundreds of years. But a good long time there. Odin will more than likely get him out of it.
And I think I'm going to have Shane's first cheating episode appear in the next chapter. So go ahead and get your outfit.

Maybe Selter has no emotions because Shane's using all of them? As if they were a shared vessel?
That'd make Selter a little ambitious if he were to find out.
And I like that idea. For him to keep Shane within the darkness.
Maybe another reason why he had his brother (Shane) kill him was because he saw that he was escaping it.
Perfect way to brings clouds over someone: lose a loved one.
Even worse: have them be the one to kill that loved one.

Character development is fun, as much fun as pairing them up. LOL
I forgot about what the ship looked like, seems fitting.
Uh, as for Kotori, don't think she would will work in here. Every time I say her name, it reminds me that I need to finish watching X anime.

I like that idea regarding John and Selter, good plotline there.
And yeah, shared vessel thing makes a lot of sense.
Nah, Kotori isn't going to work, even with me doing a bit of deus ex machina to keep crow Itachi. This time he's going to be sealed away, so even the Kabuto rising from the dead thingie won't bring back his body, and there won't be anyone making a deal for that sort of thing here like there was in the other story.
