Mike Riovanes "Do Unto Others, That you would have them do to you." I believe that the first person to say this was actually Confusius. edit-I think he stated it in the negative.

"In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway" - Tyler Durden, Fight Club
"ideas are bulletproof." - V, V for Vendetta
Ha, my two favorite quotes are from a movie and a comic book...

It should be pointed out also that the author of the comic (Alan Moore) did not even want to be associated with the movie saying Alan Moore [The movie] has been "turned into a Bush-era parable by people too timid to set a political satire in their own country.... It's a thwarted and frustrated and largely impotent American liberal fantasy of someone with American liberal values standing up against a state run by neoconservatives — which is not what the comic 'V for Vendetta' was about. It was about fascism, it was about anarchy, it was about England. However, the illustrator did like the film actually.
