Hey, I had a question before I make a profile. When/where will be the main setting of this rp? I'm guessing like late-90s, or is it just going to be set around the current year for the sake of ease?

yeah. we're going to mvoe the story to the present day. and just because this made me think of it, for the sake of ease, you don't have to worry about your clothes when morphing. like in the tv show, we'll say you can morph your clothes.

As for the clothing in the series, I doubt Nickelodeon liked the idea of its cast having to wear skintight clothing in every episode.

Ok, here's what I've got for my character. Since the New Animorphs so far seem to all be 17, I figured I'd keep with tradition. 3nodding
So, is this acceptable?
Gaian Name: [Swift]
Character Name: Jonah Sanderson
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Species:Human
Side: New Animorphs
Personality: Before encountering the Yeerks, Jonah was mostly just a laid-back slacker, skating by in school and in life. Discovering that aliens not only exist but want to enslave him and everyone he knows has turned his world on its head. Though he may try to seem like a reluctant participant in the war, his new ability has left him feeling a heavy burden towards the rest of humanity. Not to mention Selfran and the ability to morph both being focuses for his curiosity.
Powers: Morphing
Weapons: Morphing, of course. Also his brain.
Alignment: Good
Morphs: None yet.
Fave Morph: None yet.
Brief Bio/History: Jonah himself isn't really that notable. He has thus far in his life been a fairly mediocre student; obviously intelligent but lazy. He doesn't participate in extra-curriculars and while there are students he talks to at school, there are few he would consider friends. He spends much of his time outside school killing time with video games, movies, books, television, music, etc. The usual Bread and Circuses of modern teenagers.
Why, then, would he make a good Controller for a Yeerk?
Family.
His father, George Sanderson, is a political scientist and author who has written about and worked with a number of local, state, and even federal politicians. Jonah became a target as a result of some very bad luck; his 14 year old cousin Kelsey became a member of the Sharing, and Jonah's father volunteered Jonah to give her rides there after school. It quickly became clear that Jonah wasn't likely to actually join the Sharing, so it was instead decided to make him an involuntary host in the hope of luring the rest of his family.

athena2324 Born-of-Shadow was trying to be a new animorph, I think... he did make an animorph, but not one of the new ones. his character is seperate from the canonical ones but he is already an experienced morpher who winds up meeting the team sometime after they escape.

stare One of my friends keeps making me create new characters so I actually have at least 120 OCs, probably more. She keeps getting bored and having people get preggo. It's over 200 if you count all the NonOCs I've used at various times.
