Everyone knows the story of the Animorphs: the five teenagers who couldn't tell us their last names and hometowns along with their Andalite friend, Ax, who fought a secret war against the Yeerks. However, most don't know that there was another team.
During the war, as Visser Three grudgingly followed Visser One's order for a stealth war, his comrade, Visser Six, captured five human teenagers for different reasons to be Controllers for high-ranking Yeerks. However, they were soon freed by a young Andalite War-Prince, Selfran-Hetta-Xxalan, who gave them the power to morph after helping them to escape to Earth.
Now, Selfran must teach his new proteges how to master their morphing powers, help them avoid the Yeerks who are still after them, and find the Animorphs...

Rules:
The rules for this rp are the same general rules posted in the thread, but there are three other rules.
-This rp follows a different team of Animorphs. Therefore, no one can be one of the characters from the story. They will appear as NPCs near the end.
-As the Yeerks already know who these kids are, there is no need to keep their last name and hometown a secret. Also, you can come up with the reason why the Yeerks want them.
-The new Animorphs don't start with a morph. My character, Selfran, starts with three. No Controllers can have morphing powers.

Personality: Selfran acts very much like a big brother to the new team, doing his best to mentor his new proteges. He is also very protective of them, doing anything he can to protect them. When he gains a human morph, he is still learning about human culture, but he has more common sense than Ax so is able to blend in better. He also has a grudge against Visser Six for murdering his father.

Brief Bio/History: Selfran was born on the Andalite homeworld to the Andalite War-Prince Jeltor-Kelbon-Qeltan. However, his father died not too long after he was born at the hands of Visser Six, the eventual source of Selfran's Dinogator morph. He entered the Andalite War Academy at age 13 but quickly rose to the rank of Prince at age 18 when he saved a group of Andalite cadets from a horde of Taxxon-Controllers. Then, at age 21, like his father, he earned the highest rank in the Andalite military, War-Prince, when he single-handedly destroyed a Yeerk Pool ship under the command of the previous Visser Nine. As he never took a mate, he was granted command of a top secret mission to aid the humans Elfangor, the legendary War-Prince who went to help them against the Yeerks by hunting down Visser Six and the reinforcements he was bringing to Earth, offering him the chance for vengeance. However, Six got the drop on him, attacking his ship and killing his entire crew, leaving him the only survivor. While on the ship, though, he found five human teens who were captured by the Visser and, giving them access to the Escafil device, made them his own team of Animorphs, himself their first morph, helped them escape to Earth. Now, he must help them learn to use their powers, evade the Yeerks, and find Elfangor's Animorphs.

Brief Bio/History: Kage was born to a middle class family. Both of her parents worked for a living. She wlent to school, got average grades, cause she really didn't care. She dresses in dark clothing and looks Goth, but isn't. She got in some fights with people and got in trouble, right before her 17th birthday. Her parents scolded her and told her that she had to get a job. She applied to MC Donald's and go the job. What she didn't know was that under her work was a Yeerk pool. She was working the front counter and kept on getting asked for a happy meals with "extra happy." So one day she wandered done there, and was captured.

Personality: Kura is slightly bipolar. Sometimes she is the sweetest girl in the world, and others she is likely to rip off your face. Mostly, she's sweet. She loves learning (and keeping) secerets- especially when she's not supposed to know them in the first place.

Brief Bio/History: Kura comes from a very rich family. Her mother, as well as being a successful author, is directly descended from a Native American princess. Her father is a politician and descended from an English noble. Her parents never let her forget this fact either. She prefers to be on her own, and is a huge fan of manga and anime- a fact that caused her to dye her hair purple and buy purple contacts. She joined the Sharing because her parents kept bothering her about the fact that all of their friends' children had joined and was consequently infested. She condiers the greatest joke of her life to be the fact that neither of her parents has ever been to Japan, yet they gave her a Japanese first name.
Written Desription: Sakura is 5' tall and weighs 100lbs. Her hair is naturally a very pale brown which she normally has dyed or streaked with purple, she wears purple or red contacts instead of showing her naturally brown eyes. Her skin is a light cinnamon colour that she is very proud of. Normally, she dresses in lolita-style clothing. She almost always wears a sakura blossom hairpin in her hair to keep it out of her eyes.

Personality: Before encountering the Yeerks, Jonah was mostly just a laid-back slacker, skating by in school and in life. Discovering that aliens not only exist but want to enslave him and everyone he knows has turned his world on its head. Though he may try to seem like a reluctant participant in the war, his new ability has left him feeling a heavy burden towards the rest of humanity. Not to mention Selfran and the ability to morph both being focuses for his curiosity.

Brief Bio/History: Jonah himself isn't really that notable. He has thus far in his life been a fairly mediocre student; obviously intelligent but lazy. He doesn't participate in extra-curriculars and while there are students he talks to at school, there are few he would consider friends. He spends much of his time outside school killing time with video games, movies, books, television, music, etc. The usual Bread and Circuses of modern teenagers.
Why, then, would he make a good Controller for a Yeerk?
Family.
His father, George Sanderson, is a political scientist and author who has written about and worked with a number of local, state, and even federal politicians. Jonah became a target as a result of some very bad luck; his 14 year old cousin Kelsey became a member of the Sharing, and Jonah's father volunteered Jonah to give her rides there after school. It quickly became clear that Jonah wasn't likely to actually join the Sharing, so it was instead decided to make him an involuntary host in the hope of luring the rest of his family.

Personality: Unlike her twin, who alternates between sugar and spice, Ai is all sugar. She always tries to make friends with new people and is very adept at steering her twin away from potential conflict.

Brief Bio/History: Ai is Sakura's identical twin sister, and the younger by exactly half an hour. She has always been more of a social butterfly, but she prefers to to things with her twin. She joined the Sharing with Kura and they were infested at the same time.
Written Description: Ai is 5' tall and weighs 100lbs. Her light brown hair is normally streaked with cotton candy pink, though she doesn't wear contacts to hide her chocolate brown eyes. She dresses in lolita style like her sister-- but in a more "sweet lolita" style, preferring pinks and neons to her twin's blacks and purples.

Brief Bio/History: Laurie grew up in Canada, until now he's lived an average life. This changed when Laurie found the rotting, half eaten body of an andelite in the woods near his home. Next to the corpse was a strange cube. When Laurie picked it up, pain shot through his head and he passed out, the cube then disintegrated.
He woke up in a hospital weeks later. The docters told him that his brain had somehow mutated and evolved past human level. Though his IQ was unchanged, Laurie soon found that he had gained a number of physic abilities as a result. A mounth later, he was tracked down by a relative of the dead andalite he had found in the woods. This andilite taught him about morphing, about the yerks and the struggle for earth, and about how the cube he had touched was damaged and he was lucky to have survived with his sanity as well as the extra abilities that have come as a result. The andalite then left Laurie alone with this knowledge. With his mind powers, it didn't take him long before he found out that his entire neighborhood had been claimed by the yerks, and he couldn't save them alone. After making the decision to leave, Laurie snuck into the local zoo and procured a few morphs he thought would be useful. He now travels alone, fighting the yerks when he can while searching for other animorphs like himself.

Personality: Mia has a rash personality. She rarely listens even to those she acknowledges as her "leaders". She enjoys fighting more than making peace and is more likely to attack than try playing nice. Extremely loyal to those who win her friendship, she will do anything in her power to protect those in her self-asigned "pack" that are weaker than her. She can actually be a total sweetheart to the ones who earn her undivided trust.
Powers: Mia has the abilities to transform herself into mist or a wolf at will. She can also create Sario Rips that cross not only time and space, but also dimensions. Located in each wing is a gland that allows her to self heal.
Weapons: Mia uses her fangs and claws as weapons in her wolf form, and wields a demon blade in her natural state.

Brief Bio/History: Mia is the Queen of her home planet of Maya, located in a different dimension. Strangely, it seems that she once knew Elfangor and considers him as close as a brother. She came to the Animorph's dimension after hearing of his death and is bent on destroying Visser 3. While she at times will take orders from the leader of one group of morphers, she ultimately always does whatever she feels suits her own agenda at the moment. Often, she will shadow one group or the other for several days or weeks before offering either advice or to fight alongside them.
Written Description/Pic: Human: In her human form Mia is 5'5" , weighs 135lbs, and has oriental skin. She has jet-black hair that is worn at shoulder length or held back in a tail by a crimson silk ribbon. Her eyes are orange flecked with crimson and she has yin-yang sign pupils, she normally wears dark shades to hide this fact. She has retractable diamond butterfly wings along with grey wolf ears and a matching tail. She hides her ears under a bandana or baseball cap and her tail under a pure white cloak. She has 21 Dragon tattoos, the most notable being the Grey coiled around her left eye, the White coiling down her right arm, and the Black going down her left. The other 19 seem to vanish and appear at will.
Wolf: In her wolf form, Mia appears to be a normal size and wieght female with peircing golden eyes and silver fur tinged with red-gold.

Brief Bio/History: Ace is from a planet called Darkrayne, this planet is always dark there is no such thing called daytime or morning on this planet. The people of this planet my look human but they are not, the people gain the natural ability to see clearly in complete dark as well as in light. Ace got into many different jobs but he goes by as Dr. Oni because let alone his incredible speed lets him move so fast that he can go behind a person in a second without them even blinking once and the way he attacks no one knows where his weapons are at because it is never on his passion but his cold-blooded and ruthless messages he shows his victims makes him the most hated on his planet. He shows no mercy to his pray even if they are not a match for him because he slaughters them for the amusement and he does a job not for the money, he does it to squeeze every ounce of excitement that he can get out of it but his favorite type of jobs to do is transport jobs because anyone that gets in his way he finds pleasure to slaughter them with out hesitation also if anyone ruins his fun he will slaughter the people that ruined his fun even if the people was on his own team or people he was working for. Ace only loved one person and that was his little sister but one day his sister was kidnap then someone told him that the kidnappers went to earth with her so he headed to earth to find his little sister.
