 VarTamo wached as the Admiral defeated the one known as Jinx and was not surprised by the turn of events. Mirg would speek with a Gear soldier then turn to face VarTamo as if he could see him. If he could then that was all the proof VarTamo needed in order to know that this man was indeed the one he was looking for. As Mirg walked up before VarTamo, VarTamo would fade back to the material plane in order to communicate. "The time has come Mirg. As you have seen in the events over the past short wile. The living are gaining too much power toward the dark arts and against our kind. The Spire is calling out to the reapers and undead alike to rid the living of their power. We have gone far to long with out any control. The Spire has lead me to you. To begin our journy here. To take back the power that we diserve." Dwarfing the man VarTamo uncrossed his arms looked down directly in Mirg's eyes. "Will you hear the calling of The Spire?"

Endora;;
Even though Endora wasn't that close to the whole place, she still felt the huge ammount of seishou that the place was overflowing. And well actually, there was one special seishou that she was really interested in and it was VarTamo's. She had actually been tracking down and following the man for a while now, his seishou was certianly really intriguing to her. She had heard that he had headed there, and in the recent battles she could actually even feel his frightening hatred towards the living and even though it did actually scare her a little bit, it also excited her.
And like from the heavens, well from hell in this case, the very people she wanted to meet so bad, actually called for her. Endora hardly even hasitated to answer that call and almost immediately started to head to the place where she was called, she wasn't far away from the place so it wouldn't take her long to arrive there. "Well, I guess I can do this on the mean time then", she chuckled silently.
Not long from the VarTamo's speech, an violet dust appeared on a nearby pile of rubble. As that dust faded away, Endora sat there with her legs crossed and inquistive look on her face. This was actually just an simple illusion made by Endora, but was directly linked to the real body. "My my, you sure do not give woman time to prepare herself, what a mean boy you are", Endora said with flirty voice. "I am qenuinely sorry, but I was not able to magically teleport myself here, so I just had to create this illusion till I arrive", she continued, facing the black haired man infront of them. "Oh and just a little tip, next time you call for a woman, send her a ride. You could have atleast sent this dirty servant of yours to fetch me", Endora said with an accusative voice.

As the one called VarTamo would walk up to him, Mirg would glance up at the necromancer. Apparently some things had gone wrong at the Necropolis for such a man to travel such a long distance. However he expected more reason than the man gave him. "You mean you traveled miles across the lands just to tell me this?" The Admiral said, as if he were being insulted by VarTamo's very words. "The living grows in power every day, as do we. Tell me VarTamo. Tell me what good is reign if there is nothing to rule and then I may consider what you are proposing." Mirg had n reason to rule over the humans. He was content in where he was. There was no reason in wiping out the feeble. Humans would be humans regardless of who ruled them. They posed no threat to Mirg, and he couldn't possibly see currently how they posed a threat to VarTamo unless he was blindinly following orders of the spire. There were many things out of place here, and VarTamo was not clearly explaining himself.

 VarTamo's eye would twitch as Endora made her apearence. Her girly comments discusted him. But it matered not how much he liked or disliked Endora. He was given a mission, A duty to fulfill toward the Undead nation. There was no fear toward the Undead and it was hid job to bring that fear back. "I respect your presence just as much as I respect this mans presence. It would be wise of you to do the same Reaper." VarTamo replyed to Endora hoping to see a hint of her anger. Anger and hate was the only thing he knew and responded better to it. VarTamo's eyes would relax in surprise and the expression on his face narowed after Mirg's questions. He would relax a bit lifting up his left arm and examining his gauntlet. "You are right. We too grow in power. Wich is more than I can say for most of us. The Underseer council has grown blind of their surroundings and have become fools. They fail to realize that they will fall and the humans will have more control over the Netherworld than we do. Our goal is not to rule the humans but to erase the ones who are a threat. The spire as lead me to you so that we can start with the ones here in The Gear city. I come to you seaking the path and an allie."

Endora;;
The man called "Mirg" barely noticed her, no, he didn't even give her a slight reaction and this didn't make Endora happy at all. "Tsk!" Endora bit his lip with an angry expression on her face. Not only that, but VarTamo's comment didn't ease her feeling at all.
"You are not possibly suggesting that this maggot is on the same level as I?" Endora jumped off the pile of rubble she was sitting, taking few steps closer to Mirg. "On the same level that this useless toy?!" Endora had an sickening look on her face as she swinged the scythe to her side. "I shall show you the difference of this garbage and me if you even slightly question our difference", Violet mist surrounded Endora. She wasn't only angry, she was outraged from VarTamo's comment, even though he didn't even directly imply that she would be weaker than this man, but VarTamo saying that he respected him as much as he respected her was just simply too much for her. "Comparing me to this wretched mortal?"

Tony Sifted into view floating upside down, he looked pretty annoyed, he had just wasted his time and only managed to collect nine new souls based off of people who had been killed by more indirect means, the damage from the building mainly had cause the few deaths. After that he had made his way over to the others especially interested in this gathering. "Tsk, did I just hear you Compare yourself with him? Now whos the one questioning someones power." He said in his dull manner to Endora, he looked around for a moment before looking over at Vartamo, "Say are you who I think you are, I never forget a soul especially a recent one, Especially as your hourglass didn't change." His voice would whisper this into Vartamos mind, before he looked over to Mirg.
One smiled slightly said "humans are a danger to everyone and everything, sadly people like me are incapable of solving the problem but humans have thier value, but thats off point. It is true we both grow in power, but how many nations are comprised of Humans comprised of amazing power or mystery. Also Humans have a knack for being able to substitute power with techknowledgy, humans grow in number and advance in tatics, the Forces of the undead are quite standard, more and more does the spire reqire more and stronger warriors of its to have to take the field throughout history." One cocked is head a little, blaspheming the spire strengh was something he didn't feel terribly guilty about "Were standing in a city that proves my point right now." His head and vision shot a look towards Endora "You think about that fact to, otherwise your just as blind as the council." He said continueing to float there, he had added a little bit to think about, he wasn't to sure it it was an attempt to try and help cause continential discord, or if he just wanted to point out what it was the council were blind of.

 For these necromancers to speak so ill of humans, it only lead Mirg to believe one thing. "Humans are a threat to only those who fear them." He said bluntly. After years and years of observing, this was only natural and it occurred with many races across the world. Most near immortal races such as the elven folk live for such long periods of time that they are not inclined to make changes in tradition, because they have no need to. Humans are one of the most special races, if not the most special of them all. They are a race with one of the most fragile of lifespans. To compensate for their short lifespans, they create towers of legacy that can lasts for eons. Legacies of technology that surpasses even some of the more immortal races of Termina. The problem wasn't that the humans were becoming a threat, it was that many around the world were beginning to fear the humans, even those who had once ruled over them. To make matters more worst, the humans were being divided into sub species. In this day in age they were being born from various types of molds, and grew in sync with their magical nature. The Gear Folk in particular were specific types of humans with different types of magic, and a different type of lifespan as well. The once prey had become the top dog in the food chain, the new predator so to speak. G.E.A.R.B.O.L.T and the Gear Folk in itself was one of the most ruthless of the planet, and they had legends amongst them. Legends such as the Crimson King and many more that were being born with each new day and age. VarTamo would need to carefully consider steps if he wished to challenge such a force. "You speak of punishment as if these humans are mere pets. Look around on you and take note of what you stand before." Mirg said waving his hand before the behemoth size of a city. "Not long ago, this was nothing but a small scrapyard. Now it something to large to be even referred to as a metropolis." He said in reference to the size the city had grown over the decades to the amount of territories it had taken over before incorporating them into it's mass.
"I see no danger in this city. I only see threat and danger to those who fear and intend to oppose it." He glanced at One. These necromancers weren't processing things correctly. They could challenge the Underseer Council, however they would eventually have to face the Searchers as well as their leader. Last but not least, they would have to face the Necromancer Emperor who resided on a M.M.M (Mass Murdering Magic) class keepsake known as Veldrigoza. Before they could even think of taking over the next nation, they would have to deal with these obstacles as well. These were no mere stones in the road, these stones were more like mountains compared to these necromancers who attempted to step out of their domain of power. "Your decisions seem a bit rash. Do you expect the emperor, his searches, and the council to sit idly while you speak of rebellion....I think you may have to step out of this fantasy of yours VarTamo. I'll need more convincing than this to even acknowledge your plan." He said. For the moment he said nothing to the one known as Endora. He had not even acknowledge the presence of this one. Those who talked more than they acted weren't fit to be affiliated with nor called a Necromancer. The only thing he did in response was cross his hands behind his lower waist as usual.

One leant a leg back and gently kicked it forwards flippin over in the air to being upright as he slowly lowered onto the ground. The Ancient Reaper shrugged his shoulders gently "Personally I don't feel my hunch is much deniable, suit yourself, not like I'm going to do anything about it my work is to important...." He said crossing his arms a cocking his head, he didn't understand how this person could not understand the dangers of the city, it had a building pressure that its people were going to yield death or allot of its people were going to die, either way G.E.A.R.B.O.L.T. was one of the prime causes of this sensation. Once again though One didn't really care, what was he going to do? well he might do some third party things like feed off information and perhaps the occasional intervention to make sure things stayed interesting.
He looked at Vartamo, he was interested to see the answer to come about how the Emperor and such would feel over this, One once again didn't care, he did not answer to any of them, he may have some simmilarities and have ties with them, buut he in no way was at thier beck and whim, but he didn't know this about Vartamo, he would know shortly. He smiled a little, it was true the city did grow very fast, it had earn One quite a large amount of money as he had bet with someone it would have been so when it was first underway, but first he would poke one more sentence in "Yes true, would the Emperor sit Idly by as something were discussed he could not hear, or does he have and ear here." He said looking at Mirg with a raised brow before he went silent, he said all he needed to and more than he really wanted to, but he was interested in the fact of if Mirg was loyal, or blindly Loyal.

Endora;;
Endora bit her lip, she was ignored again. Not only did the ignoring make her more angry, but this maggot Mirg also made her look like an complete idiot by doing that, twice. One's comment was just fuel to the fire. Endora's killing intent was almost overflowing from her body. Endora turned around walked next to wall and hit it with all her power, though the wall hardly even made a crack. After that Endora took a deep breath and tried calming down.
"Listen, kid", Endora turned around to see One. "I am not questioning my power, I know I could trash this mortal in seconds. But I still do have my pride, which can not take such words such as respecting a mortal as much as immortal."
After that she turned to face Mirg, even though his face still disgusted her. "Threat to only those who fear, huh? Are you implying that we fear mere mortals, not only that, but you are also saying that you would be a threat to us? And what I understood is that you are suggesting you humans could actually take us down if you wanted?" Endora tried to humiliate Mirg by words if she couldn't do it by deeds. "I thought you would be a little smarter than that. You say that humans are not dangerous, but still you brag how your stupid city was build over an scrapyard not so long ago. This alone opposes a great threat against us: if you can build this kind of city in such short time, imagine if we would give you some more time to develop. No, imagine what you humans have already built, we are well aware that you humans have already made war machines, robots, which are "immortal" too", Endora had somewhat sadistic smile on her face, even though she still wanted to rip this guy apart.
"All I hear your words to say is; please give us some time so we can get ready and attack you first. This fear you keep talking about does not go in one way you know. The only reason you humans even built this metropolis is fear. We are immortal, but you are not, so because of that you keep developing yourselves that you would be in the same level than us - no - that you would actually surpass us", Endora kept staring Mirg, waiting what kind of untruths he would come up next. "It's just matter of who attacks first and if we take you humans down before you surpass us."

Any attempt at facing off against G.E.A.R.B.O.L.T or the Necropolis for the matter would end in their demise. Mirg relied definite information that was more factual, rather than mere hunches. It wasn't that he could not understand the dangers of G.E.A.R.B.O.L.T itself. Mirg was very well aware of it's danger, however worried him none. It only worried those who feared the city. Mirg's loyalties were indeed an interesting subject, however it was unimportant. It was a subject that would not be touched upon for now. All these necromancers needed to know that as of now they're plans to overthrow the council would fail. "Interesting. I was about to ask you the same." Mirg said simply, returning the statement towards the one concerned with the Emperor's ears. Mirg disregarded the one called Endora. There was no reason he needed to explain anything regarding what they faced in this city. These necromancers were nameless individuals. Until they made a move, or acted upon a final decision they would be stuck here exchanging plans consisting of woulds, shoulds, and coulds. None of this meant anything as long as they lingered from place to place doing nothing about it. If they truly stood for what they believed in, they would act upon it.

Endora;;
Endora waited an answer or atleast some kind of reaction from this man, but no matter how long she would've waited, she didn't get any kind of reaction. Endora bit her lip again, but this time so, that it started to bleed. "Fine, have it your way", Endora said silently, not really giving anyone time to speak up. "I was thinking of forgiving you for ignoring me once, just because the one who called me here is interested in you on some level. But ignoring me twice.." Endora's seishou overflowed from her in the form of cold, dead mist. "I will not forgive you anymore", following this the "Endora" before them turned into mist and vanished, that was an illusion after all. Right after this the real Endora walked from the shadows of an alley, companied by the sound of her heels that enchoed in the darkness. "Sorry it took me so long to arrive", Endora said with obvious fake smile that died quickly as she saw Mirg again.
"Now that I have arrived I guess I can tell you who I am, you look like someone who has not been educated well anyway", Endora said lifting the scythe on her right side, as she took few steps closer to Mirg. "I am not a normal necromancer, I am above those who can control the dead", magic seal appeared on Endora's hand as she spoke. "I am one who can control the demons from another plane, the limitless power from hell", Endora slashed her scythe down as she mumbled something and small crack appeared on the air. For a while nothing happened and silence covered the surroundings, but soon the crack got much bigger like the air would've shattered like glass. Heavy breathing sound came from the crack that was now atleast 5 meters tall. Slowly a claw covered in fire ripped the crack wider and it revealed a dragon that was all bone and rotten flesh. Despite Endora's big talk this was just an illusion, but her bluff wasn't all for nothing. The actual reason for her bluff was that the more one believes in the illusion, the more effective it is, of course.
"Still feel so cocky.. mortal?" Endora looked at Mirg, her eyes filled with hatred. "Well, like it would even matter anymore, I will kill you and anyone who comes in my way now", Endora pointed Mirg with her scythe, the magic seal on her hand still remining active. "Devour him, burn his flesh, make him suffer like no one has ever suffered!".
