The troll laughed out loud as the demon mentioned his brothers fastness. "That wouldn't be very fast...considering I never blink." ...it was little known fact, and strange enough that no one ever noticed, but Yata really didn't ever blink. He had no eyelids. "I only hope they have better vocabulariessssssssss..." The troll said, teasing the draconian demon one more. Turning to the sneezing Anlu, Yata pulled a vial of white liquid. "Here, drink this... It's not a cure, but it'll supress the symptoms for a while." Having a rather large nose, Yata could tell the symptoms of a cold early, and...well... having a large nose, he knew the vexations of colds too well... One day...

Puck crouched down slightly even as he straighted his back. It took some manuevering, but he was soon lying on his belly, all four legs tucked under him, though his neck stayed arched up. One of his wings relaxed, and he turned his head to Anlu with amusement making his eyes quite bright, I don't have to say a word, you said all my reasons yourself. There is nothing I can compare flying to for you to understand the joy it gives me, and I am faster than any bird in this form. And you aren't allergic, you just have a cold because you are silly and stayed out in the cold and the wet too long. Take the ugly troll's potion and come in between my wing bones, it will keep you warm. The wings of Puck's dragon form had two joints, the first use to bend the wing forward, creating a V-shape, while the other went the other way. He gave her a gentle nudge with his beaky nose to indicate the first one, which would nestle her against his hide and the wing membrane. The scales there weren't as rough, almost feeling like a smooth stone instead of a poreus one like his neck, and the stretchy membrane was like skin.
With his head turned towards Anlu, it was easy enough to just redirect his eyes to look at Yata as he hissed, "You trrrrry not taking a forrrrrrm for overrrrrrr a yearrrrrr with a mouth like thisssssssss and trrrrrrrry sssssspeaking in it. It isssssss meant for eating larrrrrrrrge mammals, fisssssshesssss, and birrrrrrrrds and forrrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrreathing firrrrrrrre, not sssssssspeaking to annoying, ugly trrrrrrrrollssssss." If the troll could tease him, Puck could continue to call him ugly. He didn't mean it in any vindictive way, but it was how "turnabout is fairplay" worked in his mind. Really, Puck had an incredible vocabulary in all his forms, he just had that horrible lisp in this form because of the narrowing shape of the mouth that was a weird combination of bird of prey and alligator.
(Quick note: the adjective "large" applies to all three things in his speech, so he eats things, for example, like elk, tuna, and eagles... Just for reference.)

Anlu smacked her forehead, groaning slightly. She couldn't believe she'd just thought all of that... and prooving him right of all things. Nevertheless, she would refuse to be known as "kitten". Flying sounds fun... Course I haven't met many who could fly. She knew that he knew her allergy comment was a joke, but being called silly... of all things... Well, she didn't really know what to think. If she'd been around anyone else a much harsher word, or two, would have been used. Walking towards Yata, she took the bottle of white liquid. Gazing at it slightly, wondering what it was made of, she uncorked it and drank it down in less than three gulps. "Thanks." She gave the troll a small smile and handed the empty bottle back. Turning, she debated on doing as Puck said... She felt kinda odd even thinking about it. However, his nudge sent her in that direction anyways. Sighing, she slipped herself between his hide and wing. She'd been giving in to him a lot lately.
Resting there, while Yata and Puck bantered back and forth, she was pleased to start feeling the warmth return to her fingers. She couldn't help but stare out into the distance, though, as the comments flew by. Their joking no longer held any interest to her. So far, it had been quite the long day... and sadly, she hadn't gotten much sleep the past two nights befrore she'd brought Puck to Mori... so she was quite behind in resting hours. Not noticing at first, she woke herself up as her head had drooped slightly, then again. Besides the now blurred noises, all she registered was that she no longer felt the itch to sneeze. That was good.

"Well....there's no need to be sssssssssssnippy...." The troll really couldn't help himself at this point. If the demon was gonna poke back, then the troll was just going to continue poking. Needless to say, the troll was enjoying himself. Yata silently welcomed Anlu as he took back the empty bottle, though he began to sense of her tiredness almost as soon as she walked into the dragon's wing. "Seems someone's been neglecting their sleep." He said with a smile as he crossed his arms. "I notion we take the little one back to the Living Quarters... we can place our little back and forth on standstill, if you don't mind."

Folding his wing around Anlu as soon as she settled to further trap the heat around her, he was aware when she began to nod off. Rather than risk replying to the troll and being teased further, he turned his head and with some gently nudging had Anlu up on his back, still under his wing but closer to where it joined with his body. There, his scales were weaker, and probably were more like cloth-covered sand than anything else. It was one of his vulnerable points, but he trusted Anlu not to stick anything threw him. There, she could sleep as he took her back to Living Quarters. Puck would shift back into his human form when they got there, shifting around Anlu so she would be in his arms rather than under his wings in the new shape. However, he felt he owed Yata some sort of explaination. "I will take herrrrrr back," Puck rumbled at Yata, his voice far more subdued than it had been before. Silly kitten... he whispered into her thoughts, Go to sleep. I'll take care of you. His mental tone was laced with affection. Annoying she may have been, but she had wormed her way into his good graces.

She had been absentmindedly picking at the dried blood on her arms, as they spoke... Various words drifted through to her, but nothing more. All she really caught was their tone of voices and then the words 'little one' and "sleep". Rubbing her eyes with one small hand, she looked blearily around and muffled a cat-like yawn. She was a bit too tired to speak back... but she was able to shake her head slowly. No... not little... Jobs take... up time and... energy... can't always have it... your way... not enough... time to sleep... and Yata... hasn't seen... the... cliffs... She felt his odd nudges and her body shifting under him, and felt warmer and softer for some reason she didn't know. His thoughts lulled her into a darker, sweeter nothingness. Curling into a ball, as much as she could, she was soon asleep.

Yata nodded to Puck, turning out to treelines. He had intended to see the cliffs where the wedding would be, and he figured as much as the ocean smell which way it was. "Very well, you take her back. I'll be out a while...don't wait up." Yata grinned as he turned toward the direction of the cliffs and began to walk, a hand in his pocket and the other holding the back of his head as he slowly walked from their sight, giving a small hand gesture backwards to finalize his departure.

Rising to his feet as carefully as possible, Puck thanked the goddesses that in this form, he had more bones so that they weren't as big as many thought, letting him much more flexible. He was able to keep his wings flattened along his side, insuring Anlu would stay on his back and tucked under one of them, and still slip through the trees with relative ease. It was also a faster trip with him being larger, and thus having longer legs. To keep Anlu from noticing any jarring in her sleep and stirring her awake, a deep thrum started in the base of his throat, the softest of vibrations running through the rest of him. It wouldn't be noticable, but it would make the jarring less noticable as well.
Exit.

Anlu barely noticed the movement, as Puck maneuvered himself through the forest behind the Port. All she felt was the warmth and security of his wing around her, and that's all that mattered to her at that time. If she had been concious, she would have felt quite uncomfortable as she was... She didn't like it when people took care of her, that should hav ebeen obvious. But why? No one ever asked. Why did it really matter to her? Was it because she was female, in a male dominated world? Was it because she was disabled and trying to do her best no matter what? Why was she so against it, and why was she willingly sleeping on his back now?

(Intro: Transition into 1st rank) It wasn't long, heading towards the direction of the sea-breeze, before the troll came to loom over the vast expanse of sea, that in turn, looked over the water's edge. The troll sat at the edge of the cliffs, staring with a sense of relaxation that only the roaring waters could give into the atmosphere. The very aura of this place was mellow, not a vile thing seemed to start, and even the winds were dainty and enjoyably refreshing. He enjoyed the sighs and feels of this place. Heaving a great comfortable sigh, Yata basked in the natural surroundings, feeling commune with nature. The scene almost reminded him of that sunset... Smiling, Yata rose, feeling something strange. It wasn't bad- strange, but still very alien to the troll. It was almost as if the very energies inside him were beginning to become restless. The weird activity even began to make Yata dizzy. Perhaps he just got up too fast... Holding his arm to his head for a moment, he began his tread back to the Castle; perhaps he was conjuring a sickness like Anlu? The Dream Troll shrugged it off... the castle wasn't too far off, and when he got there, he would make sure to meditate. Edging himself through the forest, the troll departed. It took a while for Jon to worm his way through the forest. The large bulky arches were not just heavy but bulky as well forcing him to take a longer path to the cliff where they were going to have the wedding. Upon arriving there he dropped the arches on the ground and sat for a moment to rest before taking the next step. The view was beautiful from here the waves drifting off into the distance till it looked as if they had kissed the sky and in a short time it would be even more perfect. Then it would be Mori and him forever. Forever...the thought struck Jon hard and sunk deep in his stomach. "Forever?" Something about it made Jon nervous. Forever seemed like a really long time suddenly like well forever. What if things changed after they were married? What if she didn't like being married to him? What if he didn't like being married to her? He suddenly felt sick to his stomach and the color left his face making him turn pale. No everything would be fine there was absolutely no chance of that happening, then again who knew, no he couldn't start thinking like that, he couldn't get cold feet. Jon took in a deep breath and stood trying to shove the doubts from his mind. He drew the knife from his side and started to use it to dig four holes for the post. The work kept him content and kept the voice of doubt from creeping into his mind.

Making her way carefully through the roots and underbrush to avoid hurting herself further, her palms still stinging from where she scraped them, Mori frowned when she saw where she had ended up. This led... But why would he be here? she frowned at her own thoughts, moving further up the path and calling tenatively, both physically and unknowingly mentally, "Jon?" She paused, her ears twitching to listen for a reply as she got her barings. Mori wasn't the best at remembering directions, but she thought she knew where she was and moved forward, still listening for a response.

Jon's dirt covered hands finally sunk the last post. Despite the pleasant chill Jon still found himself sweating slightly from the work as he did the final steps in securing the posts that formed the archway. Once the earth was packed back into a nice solid state Jon let out a nice sigh of relief grateful that the bulky piece was up. Just as he was about to step back and relax for a moment he caught his name being carried on the wind with an ever familiar voice sounding it. His eyes and head instantly snapped back to the tree line examining to forest. He thought on it for a moment and figured that it would be best if he went in rather than waiting for Mori to appear so he stepped in, "Mori I'm over here." He took soft cat like steps through the trees searching for the seemingly lost demon.

Mori caught Jon's reply from her right, meaning she was heading the wrong way. Sighing in annoyance at herself, she brushed her bangs out of her eyes and moved in the right direction this time, being careful not to trip. She smiled when she finally found him, and was able to make her way to him without mishap. "Hey," she greeted with a smile, then asked curiously, "What are you doing up here?"

Jon smiled slightly at her words wrapping his right arm around her in order to guide her through the trees, "Well you aren't the only one who has to make preparations now are you. Come on I'll show you." He led through the clearest way that he knew to the the previous area where the arch now stood waiting for simple decoration to complete it. "Whenever we get closer to the day we will lace it with flowers or whatever decoration you imagined." He was very careful as they moved to not get any of the dirt on his palms on her clothes not wanting to make it seem as if she had been rolling around in the dirt.
