Kay, Safety pin is in, Throttle is *I think* in working order. I had to build a new bracket, so it might not work as planned.

Why didn't I test it, you ask?

My battery died. >.< That and Mrs. Policewoman neibour said that if I revved it past 3500 again with open headers she'd ticket me. gonk

So I'll charge the battery tonight, mabye move it around my yard tomorrow to check the clutch linkage.

Got a batt charger set up for overnight, and got some pics for you.

But my dad gave me the wrong cable for his camera. So I'll post them later. razz

Well, the exaust is built and in, and the guy is going to change the oil for me, because I'm working all weekend.

SAturday I want to put a three-day permit on it, and take it for a drive to my buddies house to shake everything down. I won't romp on it too hard, because I still don't have the front driveshaft in yet and the rear driveshaft is a little short. I do have a little mud pit that I did in my buddie's dakota that I want to try out. wink

Had it out this weekend, did a little 2wd mud bogging, and managed to blow up the water pump. So there is a shiney new pump on the front end now.

Otherwise, it works great now that I have full throttle, as the cable that I bought fell apart so I was only getting 1/4 throttle. It does a sweet burnout now too.

I'm going to need to upgrade the brakes and change the rear axle seals in the near future. The stock brakes just aren't enough to slow it down in a hurry. I want to mabye get the brakes from a F-250 or something, mabye the whole drivetrain. twisted Axle seals and transfer case seals are going to be going in soon.

I want to keep the 9" axle and four speed, but i don't know if I can upgrade the rear brakes and keep the axle.

Brakes are overrated. They only slow you down. xp

duhr. rolleyes

well, running over little Hyundai cars isn't a good idea. So I need my brakes.

Yeah, I have a buyer for my bike, so that $1000 is going to go into Transfer case seals, CV joint U-joints, Rear axle seals and bearings, and finally going to probably rebuild the entire rear brakes (Including parking brake. sweatdrop )

And If I have $100 left over, I'm going to put a three-day on it and go 4 wheelin. biggrin

Yeah, so I ordered $600 worth of parts today...

- Brake kit from Russel, complete with braided lines and extended length. biggrin
- Two new 24" Rancho RS5000 shocks
- Diff gasket
- Seals for transfer case output shafts, both sides of the axle and gas tank.
- New bearings
- New Rad
- Parking brake cables (Left and right)
- All the diff oil and transfer case oil I need.
- and if I have anything left over, I'm trying to buy an MTX amp from a buddy for a hundred bucks.

Good news is, I might be getting a job at the parts shop where I buy from, so mebbye he'll give me a staff discount. ninja

After I get the rear end torn apart, I'm going rebuild the brakes and mabye get the drums resurfaced. The front brakes are good for now, as I can lock them up on dry pavement of I try hard enough. the F-250 idea went out the window when I learned that the Nine inch can't accept the parts, and that the front ends sold for like, $700 bucks up here because nobody keeps them, and everyone and their dog wants them for their F-150s and broncs up here. >.<

i assume you have a manual fan. i would recomend as a good upgrade dual electrics if you have some money left over...you will see a cooling improvement and a hp gain(if you dont already have them)

Yeah, I have the Stock '88 clutch fan, so electric fans are on my list eventually.

I put my MTX Amp and Subs installed today, and they sound awsome, despite the fact that they drown out my two 6" Pioneers. xd

Annd, yeah. That's about it for now.

Edit: Shitty picture, but a picture nontheless of my new stereo s**t.
